My LIttle Theory: No one wants their post pubescent daughters to be active. She's not ready. But the hormones in meat are initiating puberty much sooner than in most of the past. So the young ladies are uncomfortable and society won't allow them any relief. When they first begin their activities with males, they don't want to appear too willing. Therefore, a little (or a lot) of resistance is required. And they want to test the males intensity to consider having a relationship with him, not just a brief tryst. If he exerts little or no effort, it's likely they'll be no activities. But if he really shows desire (with a decent amount of respect) and she thinks she might get a phone call the next day.....something, or a lot of something might happen. I think all "active" women like to feel they are worthy of "the chase". If he yells out, "Bring me a beer.... and I've got ten minutes between the games.....wanna do me?" he's not likely to get the beer....or get laid. Women love to be chased....and when caught, they want the man to work hard to get there. And work hard when arrives there. None of this will ever change.....
