Love your videos! My two cents is I prefer to go to the parks before the cruise because parks are very tiring with all the walking and heat. I have more energy at the start of vacation and then the cruise is so relaxing to do after some tiring days at the parks.
We just disembarked the Magic and flew home same day, it was exhausting. Usually we take Disney transport from the port to a Disney resort and then do a day at the parks, but this time we flew into Orlando and checked in at a resort, next day did parks, and then took the Brightline the next day to Ft Lauderdale. I’m also in that minority saying that kinda prefer parks after cruise. Getting off the ship and traveling all day to get home was just draining, though it’s harder to disembark from Ft Lauderdale and take the train or something back to WDW, so that’s just how it worked out this time. We like having the park to look forward to so we aren’t so sad getting off the ship lol.
I saw the video of the airport hotel stay. I didn’t catch what the deal was, did you use DCL transfers or was that the hotel offering a shuttle?? I was confused since the bus wasn’t painted up like a DCL one.
Love it!! We have done the parks first and then the cruise twice and next year we are doing the cruise first and you have totally put me in the best frame of mind! I felt it in my core when you said your whole vacation is in front of you!! Thank you for the most amazing vlogs, we love your little family!
Can I just tell you how adorable U2 are, just the way that you guys look at each other when you’re talking and I can see the love in your eyes and the excitement and how much fun you guys have I really enjoyed listening to you guys
For sure! 🥰 However, some people feel relaxed when walking or running. Personally, since I sit a lot for my job, vacations where I can walk around are relaxing for me. It really just depends on how people like to relax!❤️
I bet doing heavier park days at a more affordable WDW resort before the cruise and then doing 2 nights at a deluxe you want to spend a lot of pool time at after would be perfect! Club level would be a bonus lol we live in FL though so just going home after our cruise especially with young kids instead of lugging stuff into a hotel for a short stay
Since we need to be in town a day or 2 before the cruise, we always do pre cruise park visit. Mine is also a teen, so,we are doing universal and SeaWorld. After the cruise I am ready to go home.
That is a tough call. We haven’t done this because we haven’t cruised from Port Canaveral or San Diego yet, but after our Ft Lauderdale cruise we were stuck with not being able to check into the hotel at 9 am, and we ended up having to go to a movie. We could have jumped on the train and headed to Disney world! I love the idea of extending the fun because it is so sad getting off the ship. I think I’d be too tired if we did it before. Some do both. 😆
We just did a cruise on the Dream first and then 6 nights at the park - I am with you- I prefer the cruise first because it makes it easier to get off cruise when you have the parks to look forward to!
We were supposed to do a cruise and Disney World vacation, but then pandemic hit. We actually had two days at Disney World a four night cruise and then six more days at Disney World. Never did make it on the Disney cruise, but I’ve been to Disney World iand Disneyland California a few times since then. Curious, did THE DEAL GUY ever reach out to you kids about editing his videos? A few months back he commented after a video that he was looking for someone to edit. I gave him your website and RUclips info. 😊 i’m just a 61-year-old grandma with health issues who spends far too much time watching RUclips videos. I heard Jessica and Tyler Braun mention that you edited their videos.
There was someone, one of his million followers, who said that he had done a little bit of editing. Not sure if anyone else commented after that. I love watching your videos. I will definitely share your info again if the opportunity arises.
We booked our first ever cruise for next year! We are doing 2 parks before hand and staying at one resort, then doing the cruise, and then 2 nights at different resort. I didn’t really think about it until I watched this but you’re right! It will make leaving the ship and getting the Disney blues a bit easier!
Never been a Disney cruise before , this was an interesting discussion. I think I would prefer after ,but I can't say for sure.

Just got done with our first Disney Cruise and in my opinion Disney World is way better.
I prefer doing before, by the end I’m tired and sad and honestly even parks aren’t good. We will visit Disney Springs after if we have a later flight

😊 thank you so much!
I think the relax argument is more about resting your legs!

soooo helpful as we plan disney for our family! we also LOVE parks after cruise :)
We just did a split and LOVED it! 10/10 recommend!
I definitely agree about checking out being easier than disembarking
I agree with you guys, after is better!
I like before and after, lol
