As you said, it's really scary to see the price of those products as the game is a completely new and that there's absolutely no official tournament for it... As if it was made for scalpers and not childs...
Once it hits all the box stores and people can buy theres no way it will hold this. Unless ravensburger really messes up further with distribution. Im very glad they went all in on "casual" as if they hadnt this would be impossible..
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, the inflated prices are just another result of fomo and shows how emotional driving humans are. 😅 i love the lion king movies but hate the thought of giving Disney my money, so i have no problem with not buying sealed products 😁
this one is his signed mat where Nils Hamm collabed! Love both there work and it fits the fantasy fun feel of lorcana a but better then waifu.mat this time 😂
Didnt even look it up till now, I think its more the prices over all are nuts 😅 fully expect every card (sans enchanted) to drop by half when these are available everywhere at msrp
Yeah... they were asking for $35 to get in on the ground floor at my LGS. A little too much of an asking price for a game I'm not certain I will like. If you have younger relatives or children that you want to teach how to play card games, I think it's a good choice. But there are also much cheaper options too. Somebody really needs to go off on the scalper question.
at this point its less the scalpers themselves and more the people willing to spend so much for something guaranteed to go lower, with no artificial scarcity sans the current distribution issues
Why do magictg players always like to bash other games and new tcg players, understand we don’t like to play your old, expensive, realistic art, boring game.
Not sure what your getting at, havnt played mtg in years. I play or test every single card game that hits market. on that - I agree about modern mtg, find the art muddy and dark, the price gauging is redic, and its been very boring for awhile (which is why I havnt been playing). Comparing lorcana, which is a magic clone, is just calling a spade a spade.

Dude your pulls from only two boosters were flipping nuts, I don't think I got that much value out of the 10 boosters I opened from a Treasure Trove
