Pretty recently, actually. Tinkaton was basically the anime/pokemon equivalent of "small person with huge weapon." Comical size difference. People really liked 'em - no idea what they actually do, but they're a threat.
Tinkaton and all other evos of her (in this case, her pre-evos, Tinkatink and Tunkatuff) are the cutest in this most recent gen on the franchise. She's Fairy and Steel types and LOVES A LOT steel, 'cause she always wants to upgrade her beloved hammer. She loves a lot to the point that she likes to throw rocks to take down Corviknights, a Flying ans Steel bird poke, to get some of their feathers.
it's basically zero, -14 negative means that's an extremely high precision to 14 digits after decimal point. Basically you had ~10$, and you spent 10$, but ended with "not quite 0" because of all the slightly randomized energy numbers and someone not coding the exceptions correctly in case someone wonders about it

I like tinkaton , they're pretty good ingame and have a cool design especially that huge mace lol

I’m pretty sure at some point (I think) That the “Allow Pokémon to evolve” being turned off should be good.
Didn't even interact with "Steel cards played function like Glass and are never debuffed"
I'm surprised that kingdra could be sold for $9.2632564145606e-14
