ah dude did you already leave tokyo? just 2 stations away from Hatonosu station is Okutama station, and if you take a 10 mins walk from there then you can reach the Hikawa Gorge. There you can find various areas which are popular for swimming/camping/picnic, i went to an area with calm flow, and a few rocks 5+ meters high from where I dived!
