You've never eaten anything like this, for me it's a revelation!! A simple recipe for a delicious sandwich spread with zucchini and crispy smoked bacon. A surprising but very successful combination, with sandwich cheese and we have a hit. I highly recommend it....
Ingredients:
1 medium zucchini (about 500g)
1 carrot
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
250g smoked raw bacon slices
1 teaspoon of hot gochugaru paprika (or regular hot paprika to taste, about 1/3 teaspoon)
salt and pepper
half a bunch of chives
a few sprigs of parsley
200g of sandwich cheese
