    Yes thank you ..I also read the power of now then I found my guru Mooji but I watch his videos he’s in Portugal 🇵🇹 so I can’t actually talk to him but his pointing are clearing up my head inner space to complete transcendence I’m understanding realizing more an more I am definitely going to persist sometimes the mind tries to use my lack of understanding to attack I’m grateful there is more awareness thank you so much blessings

    hi Andy. i started feeling disassociated from myself when i observe thoughts as ‘not me’. is this just a phase? when i first practiced i felt peaceful but now i feel sad and disconnected from myself and i don’t know why? thank you

      @@bubbba. yes almost everyone goes thru this. It’s normal. It sucks for alittle bit until u push thru with presence. Stay commited
