Fantastic workout....I was 16st 13lbs been doing this workout 3-4 times a week for 3 weeks and I'm down to 16st 4lbs. I cant believe how much I sweat far better than going to a gym. Overall weight loss so far 9lbs in 3 weeks....fab thank you Roberta 😉😉👍👍
i've been doing this workout since the third day of movement control order(mco) because of corona (18 March 2020). i started with weight of 71kg and today 23 May 2020 i weight 62.6kg. At first my target is 65kg because i know its gonna be difficult to lose weight but since it passed my target, now i trying to get 60 kg. ouh yes i'm 153cm tall. well i'm kinda short and my bmi still overweight. Hopefully i'll get into the normal bmi range. Wish me luck guys. *just an update today (14 Nov 2020), my current weight is 60.2kg. It been 2 weeks since I maintain that weight. Hopefullybi can get 55kg.
@Nure Erun i also do 10 minute belly fat workout. i do these two workout daily. for the first month (March) i just cut my rice intake but i still eat 3 time a day. by mid April i've started fasting because it's a fasting month which i only eat one proper meal after dusk per day. and i also drink only plain water and cut eating anything sweets. p/s sorry if my english is not good
2 years later and these exercises are still kicking my 🍑. For the last two days I have followed this video, another one of Roberta’s Gym’s 15 minute videos, and one of the 30 minute videos in a row to get approximately 1 hour workout session and when I say I feel it, that’s no joke. I had to push and take longer breaks than I did yesterday, but with the right mind set and literally saying to yourself out loud “You can do this, just push. Do not stop because if you stop you will not reach your goal.” I know this may seem harsh to myself but sometimes that’s what motivates me the most. Yes, I did miss a few sets in some of the moves, but I didn’t stay down long. Just enough to recover some strength to finish the set. You have to work smarter, not harder, and this goes for fitness too. Obviously I’m not a fit individual (currently 211 lb; 1st goal is 180 lb) or I wouldn’t be having to take so many breaks, and my goal is to build enough stamina to make it through a session without almost crying. 😂 I’ve lost 27 lbs in the last year with just diet modifications but progress started to slow down so here I am today. If no one else has said it lately, I promise you, you can do this. Noticing your own progress takes time. You may not notice progress in 3 days, not 1 week, maybe not even a month, but eventually you or someone close to you is gonna notice and you’re gonna be glad you stuck through. That’s your motivation, gaining confidence. I don’t know how I went from just wanting to comment about this routine kicking 🍑 to a mushy “don’t give up” post, but you’re welcome to whoever finds it motivating. 😂

I've recently moved to a new place and there is more space for me to do exercise. Currently I am approximately 80kg and 174 cm and today is 22th September 2020 and i want to lose at least 5 kg before November or even more!!

Ive been doing robertas gym exercises for 5 days already.. During rest time my sweats really poured out . I really love the exercises i hope i can lose wieght especially on my belly
WOW! I can't believe the difficulty factor in these! MOST of them I was able to complete, but there were a couple where I had to stop well before the count was up. I am going to do these every morning until they are too easy --- THAT is going to take a very long time, for sure!

Day 3! I’m proud of myself for not feeling unmotivated, I haven’t seen many results but it’s only the beginning and it’s going to be a slow but sure process. I’m not expecting to see results so early in my transformation but I’m going to keep trying my hardest to see results at the end of this month!

My weight started increasing like 3-4 kgs per month. So One day (finally) I decided to start workout and stop having outside food. And i found this video, which is good for beginners to start. So along with this workout I have tried doing 10-11k steps for approx 20 days continuously... resulted I didn't reduce weight but I lost some inches which was visible and my weight stopped increasing; it is stable since 1.5 months. I believe if I will continue this with good avg diet it will start reducing some kgs as well... Thanks Roberta 🙃
I weigh 160lbs, I've been exercising for the past 2 and a half weeks, checking out other exercise videos. But this makes me sweat so much. I exercise with my fan off so i lose more calories. I'm gonna check my weight in the next two-three weeks.
Btw sweating dosent burn calories it's actually your body cooling down, some people who cant sweat cant cool doen and that cause a heat stroke. But yes exercising in warmer temperatures is usually better

If you're a beginner I really recommend this one start with the easyest workouts you find you don't wanna see sport like a hard bad thing you wanna see it like a fun exercise
@@divyasreedivya6196 most of the time only this exercises. Once a while i do standing cardio by roberta's gym also. I eat rice during lunch time only but in small portion (5-6 table spoon for eg). In the afternoon if i craving for something i'll eat in small portion too (1-2 table spoon for eg) Morning and night i drink meal replacement. Hope this will help u..
I started to do this exercise from today (june20) i planned for one month challenge... let's workout and i try to do this exercises with consistent for 1 month... encourage me to stay consistent frds....I can do it...I have completed my workouts 6days...let's hopefully reach the target...😊

Hi Roberta!!! I’m following you till 5 months and with maintaining my diet, so I lose 7 kgs!! This lose had happened last 3 months , but now previous 2months my weight is not losing any more. Hello sir m going outside for daily walk only I can’t do more excersize but this excersize is very easy nd without jumping I can do this easily in early morning my weight after pregnancy was89kg but now my weight is 84.8 kg thnks so much for give us best nd easy exercise 👍

Just started working out, I’ve tried working out in the past but gave up after weeks. I’m truly going to take this seriously and so far this video was quick and easy but also not a lazy workout either. Gonna come back after a week to update!

Noww day 2 and I’m feeling motivated and strong, I pushed myself more today but not too much. I plan on pushing myself more and more each day.
Day 3! I’m proud of myself for not feeling unmotivated, I haven’t seen many results but it’s only the beginning and it’s going to be a slow but sure process. I’m not expecting to see results so early in my transformation but I’m going to keep trying my hardest to see results at the end of this month!

My weight started increasing like 3-4 kgs per month. So One day (finally) I decided to start workout and stop having outside food.
And i found this video, which is good for beginners to start. So along with this workout I have tried doing 10-11k steps for approx 20 days continuously... resulted I didn't reduce weight but I lost some inches which was visible and my weight stopped increasing; it is stable since 1.5 months. I believe if I will continue this with good avg diet it will start reducing some kgs as well... Thanks Roberta 🙃

I weigh 160lbs, I've been exercising for the past 2 and a half weeks, checking out other exercise videos. But this makes me sweat so much. I exercise with my fan off so i lose more calories. I'm gonna check my weight in the next two-three weeks.

Btw sweating dosent burn calories it's actually your body cooling down, some people who cant sweat cant cool doen and that cause a heat stroke. But yes exercising in warmer temperatures is usually better
I have been doing these exercises since 11th April 2020 n have lost 6 kgs.I am also doing walk along with dieting,though the weight loss is quite slow but I am sure to lose more. Thanks Roberta! these exercises really help.

If you're a beginner I really recommend this one start with the easyest workouts you find you don't wanna see sport like a hard bad thing you wanna see it like a fun exercise

@@divyasreedivya6196 most of the time only this exercises. Once a while i do standing cardio by roberta's gym also. I eat rice during lunch time only but in small portion (5-6 table spoon for eg). In the afternoon if i craving for something i'll eat in small portion too (1-2 table spoon for eg) Morning and night i drink meal replacement. Hope this will help u..

I really like this exercise. I can practice it well. Because it is quiet easy for us to follow each movement. I have tried this for 6 days. I hope I can lost half of my weight.

Hi Roberta!!! I’m following you till 5 months and with maintaining my diet, so I lose 7 kgs!! This lose had happened last 3 months , but now previous 2months my weight is not losing any more. I’m stuck at a point. Doing every exercise and walk everyday.... Can you pls suggest me which proper exercise will work on me. I have knee issues so can’t stress it on.
