    I learned how to make from my Maasi .. she added a mashed ripe banana to balance methi flavor
    Coarsely grind whole coriander seeds (aakha dhaana), thodo ravo, garlic, ginger, finely chopped onion - add all this to besan + spices you added - let batter rest for 30 mins
    Add methi in the end just before frying so batter doesn’t become bitter
