Well yes and no, they were based in York and wanted to just cover it as passed through their area and the programe was only 30 minutes long each day. I was surprised they spent as much time on it as they did to be honest.
@CasFan76 Valentas are the best of the HST engines by far aren't they. It's a bit like Randy Meisner vs timothy B Schmitt - the former being the Valenta and oooozing cool, the latter just an insignificant replacement of the legend that was

What happened to the rest of the journey?
Its called a TV show they never film the lot nor do they have the time.
As ever the BBC moved on to another segment in their programe but the train went North to Edinburgh which they didm't film or show.
