Everyone uses it differently honestly. Using a belt isn’t going to save you. You need to make sure you have a strong/healthy back regardless of using a belt or not🫱🏽🫲🏾

hes a complete and utter liar, unless I see a video of him doing it I refuse to believe it. My Pr is only 535 and 418 still feels like an absolute joke to me, this dude almost died. No chance in hell he lost 200lb of strength on his deadlift unless hes been laying in bed catatonically for the past 6-12 months wasting away.
