To understand you sort of have to just watch him for a long time and be in the "know" of a lot of the stuff he talks about. He speaks vaguely in a way similar to how you would with an inside joke. You start with the core joke idea and then over time you are able to just keep removing from it, to the point where you can tell your friend 2 words and he will instantly know what you're talking about, while others have no clue and it would take a whole lore breakdown to explain it fully. That's basically what Charls does with conspiracies and these big ideas, he sort of just assumes everyone's already familiar with what he's saying (and doesn't find it useful to directly name things since it is basically a waste to anyone who doesn't already know, I guess assuming that those who don't aren't willing to know or else they would already), but he will sometimes explain in detail his message and what he's conveying, like his most recent video being about music playing a role in psychological/spiritual warfare through the lyrics, frequencies etc. which is something he's talked about for years.

The Bible commands us to study it carefully in order to properly defend our faith gently and respectfully (1 Peter 3:15-16). Acts 17:10-12 gives us a wonderful example of how God expects us to observe scripture. When we lack understanding we're encouraged to search and study. To address the issue with Job, when answering his unfaithful friends he went at great lengths to justify himself and not God. This is why Elihu rebukes Job and his friends throughout Job 32-37. Job was God's creation, was given everything by the blessings of God, and only sought to justify himself when under the pressure of friends.
