Ok now I know what Hog Maws are ,we call them Pans-a we make Menudo with them that is number one in our Diet and since I have been watching Utube I have seen different ways of cooking them and what I seen you cook now I have to do this too Thank you for your cooking skills….

Instead of using water always substituted it with chicken broth. it makes everything more flavorful and tender.
