Wow, 29th is my birthday. I turn 40. I am going through some very, uncomfortable subconscious stuff right now...especially since I quit weed months ago...the reason I started smoking has returned and I am struggling with the lucid nightmares and dreams again, they are literally calling me in. I keep pulling up the devil card and thats just what this "gift" is like. I smoked because when i did I didnt dream, now theyre back and I am in this time of confrontation. Nobody will ever understand how much these dreams have always affected my life, I am between two worlds all the time.

I experienced what you're going thru around 40 yrs old also, so just a heads up: lucid nightmares are actually portals -- meaning, in the nightmare when you realize you are dreaming, that is your chance to stand in your own power and switch from fear to love.
(If you see how every one of your emotional reactions in life boils down to a circle. The states of either Fear or Love are at the top and bottom with Anger being the midway point between both. In Fear, Anger Expressed transmutes to Love. From Love, Anger Repressed transmutes to Fear.)
I used to be chased by black dogs, fearing for my life since early childhood, but I finally came to the point where I got Angry of being so scared, so I stopped running, turned around and told the black dogs, very loudly and with a pointed finger to "SIT!" AND THEY DID! over the next few similar night.ares, tiny step by tiny step, I kept repeating this new found sovereignty and soon, the black dogs became my friends running up to me tails wagging to lick my face.
After I had achieved the ability to take responsibility for my own subconscious landscape ("wait, this is My Dream! No one and nothing can hurt me unless I Let Them!"), this began the long but so fucking necessary process of learning, tiny step by tiny step, how to apply these lessons to my waking life.
The fact that you already have easy access to your subconscious mind / higher self is actually A HUGE GIFT because once you are clean, it's like your internal psychic radio is now switched on, and it's just a case of learning how to turn your own dial, in order to heal your past traumas and karmic ancestral wounds, as each one of these injuries are what turned you to use in the first place - to quiet down the pain.
Your heart will never lie to you, but your head will tell you all kinds of fucked up shit that isn't true, so trust your gut and know that the real you is still shining in there underneath all those traumatizing limiting beliefs that were put upon you when you were too young to understand that those energies and beliefs don't actually belong to you.
You got this. When in doubt Self-compassion is key. ✌️

I feel very similar, until recently I was also haunted by terrible night terrors and dreams that were SO OVERSTIMULATING!!! Long story short, I got relief when I worked on self love and healing my close relationships. Saturn in the house of relationships in my chart; the angles and placement cause the need for a LOT of effort. The dreams return when I'm under a lot of stress and am feeling unsafe but nothing like before I accepted the realities of my life. I pray for speedy healing and breakthroughs for you!

I’d like to share on the withdrawal aspect - for me -
I just left Denver CO for the east coast. I was having a lot of volatility there in my relationships, to the point of sabotage and slander, for years, so I finally strategized a break and left for the east coast for the summer… just last week.
- I do feel withdrawal from Colorado, but I know I need to face myself in stable environment.
- I also have now gone a full week without smoking thc, that also has been challenging…
I’m facing a lot.
What I am intending is as the edges brush up against me, which they are, I will not be able to distract or numb myself, and will need to make new decisions more acutely and more based on what I really want or need.
However, I feel very uncomfortable right now haha…
Anyone else going through anything similar or resonate?

I have been going through detoxes myself. It’s not really on purpose though, my body is just like “Nope, don’t want that.”
I used to be a daily cannabis user and when I quit I had horrible nightmares but after things leveled out, I realized that my use was increasing my depression. I don’t have a problem with cannabis, the way I was using it though was not good for me. I think every day use can cause some bad side effects and glad you are getting clear. Don’t give up!

I have a theory that the oppressive Leo season vibes have to do with authenticity & the way that can trigger some people. Humanity seems to have an authenticity problem. Totally the wrong priorities, to be attacking authenticity while looking the other way on several other things.

I had some pretty profound and very provocative dreams these last three dreams. Most of my prophetic dreams are more nuance and it takes time to process and see how they come forth (like it was a month ago I finally figured out my last few prophetic dreams were from over a year ago). It’s a warning of this Saturn Retrograde coming up and so I need to cool it with looking into things that could bring more pain that I could easily avoid.
