Hello Cherono good to see u you sorry to hear you going through some health problems wishing you Godspeed recovery mate take ur time you will alright take care God bless 🙏🏽😊❤
Welcome back, Cherono! You look refreshed. 👋🏼 I have truly been praying for you, as well as the health of your dear father. 🙏🏼 I'm so happy to see you again. I have suffered sciatic nerve pain, it can be unbearable! What helped me most were stretches given me by a doctor. Please be careful of narcotics as they are addictive. I pray you will completely heal. Have you graduated? What's next for you? Wishing you the very best❣️🩷❤️🧡
I have injuries that have exactly what your experiencing, it can be very very painful especially when I am riding in the Tuk tuk on those unpaved roads the pain afterwards is sometimes unbearable. The “medicine” I use is a heating pad that removes the pain from my body, you have to use it for several days until the pain goes away on the affected areas. Also Best wishes which goes a long way.
Yes Cherono come to the USA you're a good nurse you've compassion and great potential, and you will succeed here in the USA, they pay nurses very good here. The nurses pay is better than RUclips where you've to hustle to get money, and you can still do RUclips as a leisure or hobby on the side.
I have had sciatica before and last night my in law called me and said she went to the hospital for sciatica pain yesterday. They are testing it with steroids and Trazodone.
My sister was told she had siatica but an mri discovered fractured hip . She just had hip surgery. Pls check out pain with other modern test. ❤🙏🏽✝️ Too much meds not good for kidney. They took her off meds for the side effects.

Hi, I had an issue with the nervous system as well and medication could not help. Someone advised me to take black strap molasses, one teaspoon mixed with a cup of hot water every evening....in like a week the pain disappeared but you've to take it for a couple of months to restore the nervous system....It has been like three yrs now without the pain for me.
I’ve had the same thing. You need epidural shots, and physical therapy -I got into a physical therapy program and my insurance covered the cost. After you finish the physical therapy program, you will not need any more epidural shots. For me the physical therapy worked. I did physical therapy for 6 months, 2 times a week. You must continue to do the physical therapy exercises after the program is over. I do the physical exercises every day, well I do miss a day here and there, but it is important. I was told I have to do it for the rest of my life. The stretches are important. I also saw a dietitian and got on an eating healthy program, basically portion control. I lost 60 lbs over the course of 2 years, and working on loosing another 40 lbs. I was at 280 lbs when I started -I am 5’ 9” tall/short 😂. I am at 217 lbs now. Lastly, no drugs will help. It is all about exercise and diet. You have to have the mindset to want to do it. And all those commercials about instant weight loss 😂. It takes time. 2 years for me. You must put the time and hard work in to see and feel the results. It’s all about better health. Another benefit is a healthier heart, less over worked. All the best on your journey. You can do it 😊. Cheers!

Sciatica nerve is very painful, I had one on my lower back & ended up doing surgery to create space for the nerve as it was swollen and it will touch the spinal code & that's how you get that pain, but this was done here in the USA so Kenya I don't know. But avoid lifting heavy things, minimally exercise non strenuous exercises like walking, rest the back use some ice on the back where it hurts, sometimes it will resolve by itself but I don't know much about herbal medication. Probably anti inflammatory medicine or steroids and rest your body don't lift or do heavy work may ease the pain, AVOID heavy lifting completely and sitting for long.
I will Restore health unto you and I will heal you of your wounds saith the LORD. Heal her O LORD and she shall be healed save her and she shall be saved for you are her praise. Amen 🙏🏻
You need to see an Orthopedic doctor who will send you to get Therapy that will help you. I had Sciatic Nerve pain for a long time; until I went to my Orthopedic doctor who gave me medication and send me to a Therapist that helped me and thank God I am out of pain and able to do my work. Please go see a good doctor for help. Good luck and God bless and heal you.

Surgery with a very specialized Noerology is the only way. I had the same thing and finally Surgery fixed it. Stay away from pain medications. They will not help. The nerve is pinched by the spine and the have to go in and release. Only doctors that have done it for a long time because they can mess you up. You could have done it in Asian because the have the equipment and specialized medical care. Ii will not do it in Kenya. After that you will need physical therapy to strengthen you again. I am in the US and it was same day Surgery. Good luck.

You need an anti inflammatory like MOTRINE or IBUPROPHINE, also use LIDOCAIN PATCHES at nighttime on your backside and lose weight that will help a lot.
I had 2 back operations because of the sciatic nerve problems. I think you have either a ruptured disc or a disc touching the sciatic nerve that has made the nerve inflamed. If the disc is not ruptured, I would recommend seeing a chiropractor first. I tried everything over a 2 year period, including all painkillers, before I had the operations. The operations were done in New York using laser surgery. The first operation was in 1998 and the second in 2004. I have had no problems since then. If you send me your WhatsApp number, we can communicate.
Nurses are prone to getting back injury from lifting/moving patients. For your entire nursing career you will need to be mindful of proper body mechanics. Getting down to the cause of the inflammation is important. MRI will be able to provide some diagnostic imaging. Usually it’s from a bulging or herniated disc that is impinging on the sciatic nerve causing the inflammation. Usual treatment is rest, physical therapy and pain management to include muscle relaxants and anti inflammatory medication. They can be Non steroidal, narcotics (can cause dependency if overused). I’m glad you are feeling better. Avoid strenuous activity. Squat when attempting to lift and bring the object close to your center of gravity. This way you will be protecting your back and skeletal muscles.❤️❤️🩻
Welcome back wish you a full recovery ❤
