    @10:00 how estimate @ complete cost 4lakhs increased from 21lakhs to 25lakhs, only 2 days duration only increased from the original duration, also seems budgeted materials for PCC 500m3 changed to 200m3 (actual)+400m3 (remaining) = 600m3, budgeted material units will never change. So this addition of 100m3 material gives the addition of 4lakhs rupees (100m3 × 4000rs/m3) which is totally wrong.

      Remaining material units to be calculated automatically using the formula , budgeted units - actual units, so remaining units should be 300m3

    Hi. Thank you for you wonderful videos. I have a question bothering me, the question is;
    How can I put the right activity relationship in the send of MEP rough-in phase work with structural phase work? I have seen so many videos linking MEP rough-in work after completion of structural which I think shouldn't be. Pls correct me, Engr
