Keep up the good work! Currently fostering my 1st placement. He’s a beautiful 9mo boy. What a joy he’s been!

Hi I just wanted to say how happy I am that I found your channel. I am too a breaved parent. I have had a miscarriage, and stillborn full term.. we have decided foster care is the next step. We are getting licensed right now. It's inspiring when someone else doesn't have biological children, and understands the same type of paint but choose a similar path. We're starting with respite. I also am a travel agent and we love to travel! I feel like I was meant to find you

Oh my goodness! I love this comment so much :)
I’m so happy you found my channel and it helped you :)
Yeah, the grief of wanting bio kids doesn’t go away, but life is filled with other kids you get attached to and help for however long they stay ❤️
Foster care is hard AND it’s worth it!

Hi, I love your videos. Can you pray for me and my family? Our foster baby left our home a week ago. He was in our home for over 8 months. The feeling of grief and loss is unbearable for me😢

Definitely praying. I can tell you from experience, I understand the feeling. It is a crushing weight & so many emotions - happy for family, sad, overwhelmed etc… and I can tell you it gets easier. Day by day ❤️
take a break, reset and you’ll never feel ready to 100% like it’s the perfect time to start fostering again, but after a time you set, just start again. And it’ll get easier.
