Funny thing about what Saul said about "dealer amounts" and "cops always having their thumb on the scale"
So I had to get a lawyer for something. A minor infraction. The lawyer told me a story about how he had a client busted for weed, just over the "dealer amount," and what he did was delay the trial as long as possible and then motion to have the evidence re-examined.
By the time they properly re-weighed the evidence, it had dried out enough that it no longer was a "dealer amount" and got the guy down to simple possession.
That's a very Saul Goodman kinda move

I did not get the, "thumb and scale" narrative. Thanks for the enlightenment.
@@dlkaran what Saul meant by the thumb and scale narrative is that cops will sneakily put their thumb down on the scale and apply pressure while weighing drugs to make it record a higher number than it actually is. Who is here after watching the finale scene of BCS "fun and Games" episode? Not the same day, boys. Different shirt on Saul
Word for word bar for bar
Had to come back and watch this after seeing the BCS series finale 💔
Fr. It hits different
Hank always is the guy with the best put-down jokes until saul goodman walks into the room.
Hank didn't realize who he was talking to 3:13
Man this is sad to see after the new episode.
I can’t look at him wearing his earpiece without knowing that it is one of the only ways that stops him from being left alone with his thoughts
Odenkirk did a phenomenal job with this character.
He's still doing a phenomenal job with this character. One more season of BCS, excited yet sad about that fact.
01:22 A transpositional error, like 1216 to 1261.
Bruh
I am not crazy! I know he swapped those numbers! I knew it was 1216. One after Magna Carta. As if I could ever make such a mistake. Never. Never! I just - I just couldn't prove it. He - he covered his tracks, he got that idiot at the copy shop to lie for him. You think this is something? You think this is bad? This? This chicanery? He's done worse. That billboard! Are you telling me that a man just happens to fall like that? No! He orchestrated it! Jimmy! He defecated through a sunroof! And I saved him! And I shouldn't have. I took him into my own firm! What was I thinking? He'll never change. He'll never change! Ever since he was 9, always the same! Couldn't keep his hands out of the cash drawer! But not our Jimmy! Couldn't be precious Jimmy! Stealing them blind! And he gets to be a lawyer!? What a sick joke! I should've stopped him when I had the chance! And you - you have to stop him!
This chicanery!!
I already miss him
we came full circle.
This is the moment Saul Goodman became a character that existed in Breaking Bad.
No way
What other radical things do you know that "they" arem't telling us Kid Charlemange‽
Well ackshually he appears before this scene
@@thecynth3820 Walter White is Heisenberger for the whole time!
@@AaaBbb-kw5em I never seen someone spell “actually” so wrong before.
Seriously, one of the best reasons to watch Breaking Bad: Saul Goodman! Love that bit at the end where we see that despite the cheesy commercials and his shady methods of acquiring new clients, he is sharp as a tack and a force to be reckoned with!
You'll love Better Call Saul even more then. Incredible spin-off by the same director that truly shows his brilliance as an actor.
I dare to say the show is even better than Breaking Bad. Highly recommend!
@@Axuled I'm definitely checking it out!
@@ZakEmber please do. Better call Saul is perfection
The cheesy persona gets everyone to underestimate him and the they're blindsided when his true colors show.
He is just a chimpanzee with a machine gun
finally BCS jumped into the BB timeline
"The name's McGill. I'm James McGill."
I love how this show introduced Goodman as a cheap idiot and then he actually shows up and it's a real good and competent lawyer.
he been a good competent lawyer since the pro bono days
When you get in trouble with the law you don’t want a criminal lawyer, you want a CRIMINAL lawyer.
he's ironically the best lawyer in their universe
*2 for 1 discount,* damn Saul, he only insulted your ads, Jesus
He worked hard for that commercial
Yes but if you watched Better Call Saul, he actually puts a lot of pride and effort into his adverts :D so he took it mega personal
@@stuartmacaulay5761 The irony is that they're great commercials (as in; good at achieving what they're FOR, being memorable and getting attention), everyone around him is just too stuffy to appreciate the.
who’s here after watching the latest BCS episode
This is the moment..
