They can just ban us and say something with no sense and it's done... If this is not solved with the truth coming out it's the end of more than 10 years of the game for us, sorry but can't give our money to some dictators who chose who can play and who cannot, we will not shut up and for last will put the compliant in the portaldaqueixa.com which is the public web page to present facts and complaints about companies and finish this big trip on the game that was formerly one of the best or maybe the best in some point in time in the war and strategy MMO field. We also know that you don't care, we are just 1 dollar in your big overall income, but also there are better platforms on the market now with much better support and transparency to the community/players. This is where the problem starts (but it's not the biggest issue), bots and scripts were never ever used in this account I can make sure of that, and it's the reason we 200% know this is an error and a big one. After we contact the support and ask for the script or bot used and proves, facts of that, the only answer the support guy got from RET (whatever this means) was that both our IPs used "builder bot" and this my friends is where everything starts to fall, because first we don't even know what that is used for but by the name, I would say its to build constructions, and our account have someone online from 9 AM to 2 AM every day, only 5 hours with no one there, and you developed the construction masters which make us sleep while everything runs nice and smoothly, so why the hell would we need a bot for? To risk be banned? That doesn't even make sense... This becomes even strange when both our IPs show in the "RET Logs" because we live 100kms from each other, and we both never used a script not now not before, you can see by your logs if you have it, how the constructions started, wich IP wich time we logged in how much time construction masters started the constructions how much time we used the 25% bonus on watching ads, so how can someone says its a bot builder, I can only expect its someone really fainted when watching the logs... Go see the gold spent on the finish now, NPC and construction master... We know we don't give the amount of money the guys with 20 multi accounts (not necessarily the same server) do but that's because we only use one account so we can only spend money in one account, but I think we deserve the same respect and the same opportunity to play this game, I understand the enemies are tired of getting stones in her way but that's more than 10 years of experience, not bots or scripts. We ask for proves, days and hours that happen, laptop models, which script in particular but nothing, there is only the answer about a script or bot we don't even know about this is really frustrating and annoying be punished for nothing. I will say till the end this could be related to your last update as we know the problems they are used to bring. We cannot accept a ban for something we didn't do, that would be like confessing a crime when you are innocent that happens in life, but here we have a choice and have a choice to say to the world what happened with us so others don't fall on the same and be aware of the problems in this platform so they don't spend money where it doesn't have a safe warranty, it is like putting money on piracy games, it can end without warning just because the pirate want it. If this is not solved we cannot play Travian again, why would I play a game when I'm banned/punished for playing by the rules? All of this doesn't make sense cant be real, if this was not a game I would contact the police for mockery. How can we prove our innocence? Want prints? EventViwer Logs? It is top 100, if you check the subtitles is correct, and as well we have added a note in the video description :) There was a small issue with the script and Martina didn't realize it :)
