yeah that basically happens when you start using the buffs which reduce skill cooldown, and burst cost, both of which are usually lightning cost cards to get in somnoire- at one point you can also get the reducing echo cooldown thingy and then you can go infinite shield too making him basically immortal for infinite damage
@كرارالبياتي-ك7ش It is not about who needs him but more about wanting him. It is nice to play with multiple characters and not go for meta. All of these characters are very similar in strength, so it is no big deal at all.
Jiyan is from CBT1 which was in March 2023 and Inhibitor lunae was in May or something of 2023. And no, anything related to dragon in itself will barely be original as they are inspired from the Chinese culture and have been used thousands of time.
@@Chef.Sinatra Jinyan's Forte has 2 bars, Filling up the first bar (half) enchances your Skill and Ultimate. Skill do more damage, Ultimates gets an AoE Damage Burst at the start of the Ulti. That's pretty much it. It's a good quick burst damage since it deals quite a lot of damage.
