That's interesting question. I would assume that they are usable in cold temperatures. I have a similar device which runs on a battery and it handles pretty well. You may need to just blow off the snow if it gets too heavy on it.

Well depends where geographically your located. Anywhere outside the states or Europe it was an over expensive flop. May have been useful if you had a farm and actually used its functionality. For me here in aus it was a massive fail. I reckon every other device I’ve purchased has out performed and out profited atleast 10 fold. Wxm, geodenet, hivemapper etc…
