Anna, in my life I have changed 1 company presently I m in 2nd company which service based small start up but they are not providing EPF any thing, they directly giving in hand salary that I m doing WFH job. But in my 1st company they provide me PF but I suddenly quit the job due to health issues I didn't serve any notice period. If I change another company as I don't have PF in present company is they will ask 1st company details?? I am scared how to switch this present company, please I want to move DEVOPS which present company not offering. But I have only drawback I don't have legit doc of my 1st company what should I do Anna please tell. In my whole life I can't change any company??
Unfortunately U can't move to MNC's bro, either you have to work in the same company or else search for startups by saying this about your issue upfront..... And don't worry brother just continue in the same company give your 200% one day and you will reach a good position All the best
