08 g35x At 212k rn, just bought it for 2500$, best money I’ve ever spent and it’s in great condition, full service records all the way back from when it had 25k miles in 09. If you take care of the VQ it will take care of you

Truly, if your looking into a Nissan/Infiniti platform. But your on a budget, get one with a VQ35DE non revup engine. They are extremely reliable, numerous people have gone 200-250k miles in them, they are also cheap, a mere $1,400-1,600. Not bad whatsoever.

Sold my g35 with 278,000 on it, only issue was the fuel gauge would trip out occasionally, other then that the most solid car I've ever driven not to mention I Sold it and still got 3k for it with almost 300k miles
My 350z revup has 153k and I bought it a few months ago at 145k. Every mile I’ve beat the hell out of the car and it still runs like a champ with no issues. All you gotta do is change your oil on time for these cars and your set. They are bulletproof as hell.
you’d have to swap the spring bucket for a toe arm and get a set of true coilovers so the rear doesn’t need the bucket. the bucket isn’t adjustable but once it’s swapped out with the toe arm it’s adjustable

Got a bone stock 03 6 spd at 160k miles and blew it…jdm swapped it and it ran like a champ :’) blew the trans couple years later. Swapped it to cd009, but randomly had a vaccum leak on the manifold that I didn’t know about nor figure out. I gave up on it and let it go 💔 car was so fun to drive
I’ve had a few friends have constant issues like that but thankfully ended up getting them all sorted. Sorry to hear you didn’t have as much luck! Hopefully your in something more fun or will be back one day!
