wouldnt it have helped to lipo the neck as well on top of the chin implant? the projection looks great but the chin looks bulky

hello doctor i recently got a deep forehead cut ( with bad stitches unfortunately) and i saw your really informative video about scar on face. my scar is really visible ( vertical on the entire forehead), And i would like to know if the " width " of the scar can be reduced with the use of silicon gel ? Ive seen many who get snatched with just aggressive lipo. You didn’t explain how one can know if need a deep neck lift or just lipo
