Someone's a happy bunny 😆Difference between Eco Pro and Sport modes was significant there, and understandably so. Better to let the traction control do its thing. The gear change is much punchier in that mode so you may find a short shift on the paddle will take advantage of the increased boost from your remap. So many variables for a standing start though. Main thing is you got the evidence of a difference and it's a chunky one

I've had mine remapped for the past 4 years, you don't really launch it this hard often (unless you're a boy racer at the lights😅). The main improvement I've seen is how the car now pulls strongly all the way to 100mph and possibly beyond, the stock version starts running out of steam at 60mph.
@@BMWFAMuk neither do I now that I'm a dad and bloody smart motorways everywhere! It's frustrating not being able to use the full power, I can only imagine what it'd be like in a proper sports car.
Hi mate obviously in wet conditions full power will spin up however I never had any problems with mine cos when it’s dry it still get the power down well

What tyres are the best for solid 0-60 times in the dry while still having low noise good comfort and decent wear? I am choosing between hankook s1evo3, pilot sport 5, falken fk520, pzero pz4 and goodyear eagle f1 asymetric 6. Sadly there is no sport contact 7 for 18inch as i would take that one for sure.

@@WubbNation hi mate no probs my car is generic remapped so just software designed for the car it’s got 310 bhp which I’m happy with ..the map is done my someone who’s insured which I think is important piece of mind …do some research on the the maps they are using read reviews..we’re are you based 😎👍
@@BMWFAMuk I've always said anything with a turbo is worth mapping. Even if it's not a performance car you get less turbo lag, better top end and much stronger midrange for overtaking meaning you get more effortless driving. If driven sensibly you even get better mpg

Yeah off the line is silly just got new tires so hope it grips a bit better been struggling to get the power that’s why I was so surprised I got that time ..you should be able to get a bit more out of yours with a generic map 👍😎
Yeah its all about the traction with these cars especially with the torque, ive got brand new davanti tyres all round and it grips like nothing else considering they arent a premium brand Yeah ive been told i can get 330bhp and high 600nm into the 700nm, with the intercooler and dpf & cat delete if that means getting under 5 seconds its well worth it

Hi mate the dpf was fine I do 300 miles a week if I was doing town driving I’d have it removed..had egr and dpf done on my Lexus difference was amazing 😎👍

@@BMWFAMuk I still struggle to find traction in 1st gear, everything all warmed up on PS4s tyres. I’ll spin for 5s then once the tyres find traction it goes. For me 0-60 will be 10s 😂

Should I remap my RWD 330D F30? Was set on it until garage said it’s too much power for RWD and car will spin out so can’t use the extra power

What power and torque, ive got a mild map on my 530d and with traction is mid to late 5 seconds very impressed that you can get under 5 seconds
Hi mate it was mapped to 310 bhp and 650 nm torque it does shift has a little bit more torque than a standard 35d 👍😎
