He didn't show up to press conferences, he was late, unprofessional, etc etc and it STILL sold a million (which really says a lot about his star power) now if he actually tried and went all out like he did with De La Hoya and talked a lot of shit to promote it would've sold more. He would go on later that year to almost break his own record doing 2.2 million pay-per-view buys with Canelo, the guy was a real powerhouse.
