Yes please, I for one would love to see more of these "inspiration behind the character" videos. It's a fantastic idea, and should be great for a tonne of footage to keep all us RDR2 fans happy for a long time. Cheers Phil !!!
@@FilbeeGaming Since you've researched this, do you think that Rockstar got any inspiration for in-game characters from movies, like they do in most of their games? I know there's that NPC mining gold in a place that looks awfully similar to a scene from ''The ballad of Buster Scruggs'', but I haven't seen the classic 20th century westerns that would be a great place for inspiration for Rockstar.
The movie True Grit (the Coen brothers one) was an influence for sure. Not just legendary bear hat, but also the look/ design of Micah and Sean's characters seems to stem from the Barry Pepper/ Domhnall Gleeson characters in the film. Same hair, same style... although Micah seems to have nicer teeth lol
Hello, subscribers, I'm a fan and you have to put as many comments as possible to reference Feelbee's videos, Soon Red Dead 3 will be there and this channel must be one of the channels presented first. least of the things to be done to reward this monumental work.
Nice concept I enjoyed this vid just FYI I think you mean famous rather than infamous particularly in reference to Beatrix Potter , there is nothing bad or wrong with her novels so she and they are not infamous but they are famous
I very much appreciate this type of content....not sure that its a flex that the serial killer is based off my home state....but thats pretty neat to know! I had a suspicion the heartlands was based on my home state, only to find out the twinstacks legitimatly IS based of the ones here . We also have a city named Valentine ironically enough 😂 They even have a Huge wild west and history convention every year....its all making sense now.
Tbh thought Edmond the serial killer was more like Jack the Ripper. Also thought not English; it’s very possible jack he ripper was American. Heard tales that eh could have been H.H. Holmes; apparently there’s some evidence that Holmes was in London of 1888; the time of the killings. There’s a signed ledger; of the travel from London back to the states, and it states H.Holmes. Very possible it could have been H.H. Holmes who was Jack the Ripper. I mean murderers; don’t always change their M.O. but it’s been done before.

Miss Hobbs may be named for Hobbes, a stuffed tiger brought to “life” by the imagination of his child owner, Calvin (Calvin & Hobbes)

Really nicely put together 👍 Hope there's some inspiration for Margaret the Circus Trainer! And the archeology lady. Keep up the good work ✌️
Thank YTC
I would love it if you continued this series! Very interesting!!
Thank you!
I wonder if there's a story behind the "Hot-air balloon" guy, who Arthur rides along with whilst he and Sadie plan John's escape.
I hope so, he's certainly a character
Yes.
Based en Two person.
The Valentine's murderer physically always resembled Albert Fish to me and the modus operandi of the Cleeveland torso murderer.
I’m pretty sure you’re the first person to come up with this idea. I don’t recall ever seeing this anywhere before. 👍🏻
Thanks DW. I'm sure people have covered things like this to a point, but I like to go in depth

I alwasy thought Edmund Lowry Jr. was a reference to Americas first documented serial killer H.H. Holms.
Edmund Lowry Jr. was a reference to Eddie Lowe from GTA IV
