The Hakan Nagano Cyclops is as dope as this song. Hakan had 3 eyes in the "Lover Chanting" video, yet we always see eye to eye.
3:15 and on, those chords have strong Congolese and West African rhythmic inspirations. Look up coupe decale or congolese music and you'll hear it!
Glad I discovered Little Dragon. "High," "Timothy" and this song have been on repeat. This one reminds me a bit of Deee-Lite's "Party Happening People." That's a compliment because I LOVE Deee-Lite.
