They adjusted IW so that it also is countered by Stridor again, I think. Not sure how the multiplication works on it, but yeah. I'm happy with it being 100% again.
I'm glad they're finally undoing the mistakes of 6.1 even if it took so long. Hopefully they help Pharmacy next. I used to use it a lot to speed up chest builds. If they don't want to just undo it I hope they rework it into a rummaging perk or something.
