One piece is a def no because too long for someone starting out an don’t watch attack on Titan either because it’ll make you set a high standard for all the anime you’ll watch in the future so save it after you’ve already watched a bunch. Naruto is alright but also wouldn’t recommend because it’s a bit long but you can watch it if you want but remember to skip filler. Some anime that weren’t here that you should check out are Cowboy Bepop, Demon Slayer, death note, Samurai champloo and Afro Samurai if you like swordplay, kill la kill and fire force if you like fan service and action with good story. And those are just to name a few ^^
