Just the other day I found a bee on the floor of my back porch, which is screened in. As soon as I saw it, I pictured in my mind, like a flash or an idea, or the hint of a memory, the hours it had tried to get out of the screen, until it became too dehydrated to fly. I got a glass and placed it over the bee and slid a 3x5 card under the bee so I could safely take it outside. I set it on the grass and it slowly crawled out of the glass. It could not fly. Urgently, because somehow I knew, I got a teaspoon of water and brought it to the bee. As I gently lowered the teaspoon to the bee it raised its furry front legs, like a child would raise its arms to a parent. I held the teaspoon as still as I could and the bee began washing its face with the water. In a matter of moments it flew away. I really felt a spiritual connection to that bee, and wish it all the joy in the world.
Love your story. When small I found a bee who looked dead so placed him in a cotton lined tiny box. Oh if I had given him water maybe he would have survived.
I 'talked' to my animals when I was a child. As an adult I still very infrequently communicated with them. The last most significant time was when my 99 year old father's dog had cancer. My family was together talking about putting him down, so that he would no longer suffer. I immediately heard my fathers dog say to me intuitively "don't putme to sleep, I'm still taking care of your Dad" . I was totally surprised by the communication and honored his wishes, even though I was concerned he was suffering. He let me know that his job of taking care of my dad was more important than his comfort. I looked into his eyes, he was looking directly into my eyes when he 'said' it to me.
Bunny, the talking dog, is blowing people’s minds, as she uses buttons with words to talk to her “ mom”. She is questioning why she is a dog, asks if her mom is a dog, and affirms that she, a dog, and her “mom” a human, are friends. She is being socialized into believing that the cats are friends, but she dislikes the meows that cats make. She has created her own word combinations like “water bird” for sea gulls, and “play poop” for farts. Amazing to watch her growing ability to communicate with humans.
Can you imagine if this was broadcast at prime-time BBC mainstream outlet. It would be hugely popular and possibly begin to shift many preoccupations society has. Watching a fox on the allotment yesterday. The sense of hearing is so incredible. We assume our consciousness is the only form, our senses linked to that and so on and so forth. The same with birdsong.
Will be interesting to see how history will judge him , in a few hundred years time . His ideas are interesting and some may turn out to be proved correct !

I have been sitting out the back garden a lot recently, due to the nice weather and noticed a wasp flying into a container, filled with a shallow amount of water.
