Contact Staff Tutorial: Knee Trap

This contact staff tutorial is on the Knee Trap. In this trick the staff spins into the back of the knee, my favourite method is from the elbow, before snapping your leg shut and trapping the staff.
This is a good fun but fairly basic legs and feet contact staff move.
