What temperature water did you use and how many grams of coffee? Flat or conical burr grinder? Electric or hand? Sorry for all the questions although this looks too tempting to pass up.
np. 195 fahrenheit, 15grs of coffee. I used kirkland (costco) medium grind medium roast ground coffee. For whole beans I have an electric canonical burr.
@@pitiren The metal filter really allows those oils to go through better. But I have yet to replicate this one lol. What's your preferred grind size and coffee & water ratio? Looks like you're doing about medium-fine grind size which I also do 🤔

I suggest not to move the plunger all the way down to level 4 and keep it as close as to level 1. If you get enough crema while stirring then the whole goal is to get them to the cup. That's why I push quickly. I am thinking about printing a 3d filter cap that would allow me to get all the crema :)
I just checked, it really works!
Very elastic creams are obtained, the use of a metal filter is mandatory
Finally someone made it great with actual crema, not created foam😂. Well done

Mmm that looks good. How long do you let it sit before the pull and flip?
usually around 45-60 seconds. Also I believe metal filter allows more crema.

Hi, could you please share the amount of coffee you used?
15 grams.
Just wondering why you made it a Americano after producing such nice Crema? Why not add well frothed milk and producing a Capuccino
good point. I am trying to lose some weight :)
Excellent point, Sure evoked some thoughts, off to make a coffee.@@pitiren
Coolness 😎
