In the first couple of lines Mac Dre says talks about being hot August nights. Its a event they do here in Reno Nv where they have the entire downtown closed and nothing but old classic cars are cruising around. To tie it together, Reno Nv is considered the worlds biggest little city. That is what he is talking about. Now you can clearly see the picture and location of what he is painting in his rhyme in the introduction.
