Hi Jan, I submitted my long term visa application on 7 November 2023, today is already 12 January 2024. It has been more than 2 months since I applied for the visa. My school is starting in less than a month (5 February 2024). I have emailed the MOI regarding this matter but I have not received any update. It is strange because my friend's visa got approved in less than 2 months. I am really worried right now, no one can help me 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Hello your videos are very helpful. ..I applied for student mode and I managed to get appointment at the Czech Embassy in Zambia after 2 weeks... I attended my appointment on 16 August but the embassy said i might get a response in October. My school is saying if I come after 30 September I will not be enrolled this year and will have to wait next year... I already booked a flight for 22 September ... I wish the Visa process could be faster..

Is it possible that the MOI will ask the school if I will still be enrolled if they grant me the visa before they actually approve of it?
Because the school said I have till 31st of this month. However, I don't know how long I need to wait before approval. So if they grant me the visa does that automatically mean the school still wants me to come?

Hi. I have a question. I had an admission to public university in the Czech Republic so to obtain this admission they asked me to pay part of the tuition fees. The total is €3300. But to obtain an admission letter I had to pay an advance of €320. And I will pay the rest in 2 installments later. Could this pose a problem at the Czech Republic embassy in Moscow as I haven't paid all of my schooling before they give me the visa?? Please advise me? THANKS

Well, I would be more worried about applying in Moscow 😂 For example Russian citizens can not apply at all. Non-Russians van only apply if they have been living there legally for more than 2 years. As for tution, hard to say. Depends on if the MOI checks with the school and what the school says.
