For me, I can only enjoy the story if it's a respectable person and/or when presented as fiction. So you know the one presenting the story isn't just a confused and/or misled person or a con artist.
Rowan Burghart I have so many ghost stories one of them is so scary I can’t tell it at home and my friend was afraid he’d have nightmares after I told him
I've always been a huge fan of Shane's (sense wayyy back). And I couldn't help but notice how real he's been lately. He reunited with his dad, he's been in a very serious relationship with Ryland, and he bought his former hater a damn car! And now he's sitting with the most real people of RUclips, Ethan and Hila! I doubt he'll ever read this, but I'm so proud of you, Shane. You've really grown from just a funny, inappropriate comedian, to a super meaningful, deep guy. Please continue the quality content, God knows our generation needs it.
@MirandaV V It used to be targeted at a younger audience, and I admit, I even stopped watching him for a while, but lately, his content has been really profound. It's actually shocking how much he's transformed as a person recently. I definitely recommend watching his videos now, because even a more mature person could enjoy. I'm 19, (not sure if you consider that young or not) but I really love watching his videos. (:
This definitely did give me a moment. I started really getting into RUclips in 2008 and Shane was the first one I watched and I loved him. Obviously I fell off at some point but 10 years later here I am. It really takes you back.
Imagine if it rlly was an angel that was in his room on his birthday The angle watching this video: “Oh come on, the demons always take credit for things we do”
damn shane i have so much respect for you for being strong enough about being suicidal in the past especially on this pod cast. you’re a legend, and those subjects need to be talked about more
@@WyattCayer Are you kidding me..? Maybe for you, and maybe for a large majority of people sure but speak for yourself even if what you're saying might have some truth. Things like that can be incredibly difficult to talk about for thousands of people and it is, that's why so many people get messed up and ruined. They let their thoughts fester over time without talking or getting help. I understand what you're saying but it's really not the truth either..
@@ByAzuraByAzuraByAzura I agree, I'm saying it shouldn't be such a big deal, and it is sad that people ignore it. I didn't even know I was going into severe depression until I started having suicidal thoughts, and that is in part from a lack of real education about it. You almost never hear anything about it in school, yet everyone knows that mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell... I meant no disrespect to anyone suffering from it. And I'm glad there's no real stigma behind it anymore, unless one is hanging with a bunch of douchebags that say "buck up". It was also 5 am when I posted the comment and I was super sleep deprived.
I once saw the ghost of my hopes and dreams the day after my dad called me a "should-be abortion soy boy" when he caught me watching anime in my closet/bedroom.
Question, so does Soy Boy mean effeminate/gay etc? As I recently said about this to someone, and they said that it doesn't mean that? (I live in England btw, but I'd love to hear other people's thoughts),
nfsmw249 its bullshit bc altho energy cannot be created or destroyed, it turns into other types of energy.. when we die we just become radiation and drift forever
Austin M no its proven fact, thats why u can charge ur phone with electricity and in return it emits heat, light and other shit, bc it has transfusers or sum shit
zenzoner zz A theory is never something that’s been proven? And no it doesn’t have to be well accepted. If a theory is proven multiple times then it becomes a fact
Same here, even if a loved one I'd be freaked the hell out. Off and on the past 3 years there's been light quick knocks on our bedroom doors. No joke. Sometimes it's kinda subtle but you can pinpoint where it's coming from with the door 5 feet away. Sometimes it's a little louder.
My best ghost story is pretty lame. So my girlfriend and I were home alone in my bedroom half asleep cuddling and we could clearly hear foot steps from down the house in the kitchen. It was clearly the sound of foot steps. I walked down there with a bat and found nothing. The house is over 100 years old so could’ve been creaking and what not but I’ve heard foot steps from the kitchen and it sounded exactly the same
i don't believe in otherworldly stuff but when i was younger- around 13 maybe i was playing around with my brother and sister and i went to go hide our laundry room, which has a lock on the outside and i of course had the lights off and they thought they would mess with me and lock me in there and i swear i could hear i girls voice say "help me" like right beside me shit had me spooked as hell still don't know what to think about it
I actually had to like fucking compose myself before watching this because I was so excited like Shane and h3h3 are my favorite RUclipsrs and seeing them together is like the best anime crossover episode ever. Also they have such different senses of humor so it was really interesting to see them talk and like even just be in the same room idk
I hate all the comments discounting ghosts and calling it sleep paralysis because it was late at night etc I've had one experience where I saw someone who was not actually there. I was at work at a grocery store, it was 11am and I was in the middle of serving customers, it was busy and I was awake and alert. I heard someone say "hello?" from behind me and I quickly glanced behind me and saw a woman looking at me. I turned back around to hand the receipt to the customer I was serving and turned back around to ask the lady if she needed help and she was gone. It was only about two seconds from me looking at her to turning around again to see if she needed help. There was a wall behind where she had been standing and no living person could have moved away fast enough in the two seconds to a place where I couldn't have seen her. I also checked the cctv in the store and it shows me clear as day looking behind me, and no one being there. It couldn't have been sleep paralysis because I was alert and serving people, it wasn't a person because no one was on the cctv and I've never hallucinated before (and highly doubt i'd be hallucinating while working and still performing to the best of my ability). I know I saw and heard a woman as clear as day. Its hard to believe in ghost stories until it happens to you.
I believe you told the story as it is, and you didn't exaggerate it which is good BUT your story can easily be discounted as hallucination or something like that
I know people have a hard time accepting ghosts but they are real. Even I saw what was a ghostly figure at 5 pm at work. I don't do drugs or alcohol. I wasn't tired. Only once and never again.
MattCalise10 Hell no, ive heard stories and its too dark in there I dont even open the closet theres nothing in there besides young clothing/toys when I was younger than 8
When i was a kid i had surgery and after the surgery i went into bad shock and almost died. But whilst i was in hospital i remember there was a real sick kid, who passed away when i was in hospital. After that, when i was home, i kept seeing a face peaking round doors and i became super paranoid. My step dad worked with a practicing white witch and they were just chatting and the story came up, the witch theorised that when i was in shock the boy had clung to me because i was in a weak state. She did some witchy blessing to help the kid pass over to the other side. Now im older i think i was just a dipshit kid with an active imagination and the blessing was just a placebo. But thats my ghost story. H3 hit me up to be on the show. God bless.
one time i was sitting on the railing on the deck and i fell backwards towards the ground (which was like 6 feet down) and something stopped me as i was falling and pushed me back up. i always thought it was my guardian angel, but im an atheist now and i have no idea how that happened
... I was just saying I love both Shane Dawson and H3H3 very much. I've been subscribed and supported them for a long time. So seeing them "collab" is very exciting. I just want to comment something positive to show my support. Also oxytocin has nothing to do with This??¿¿¿ lmao it's a harmone that's usually increased during sex and other things like that. Not watching videos and "crying"??
My boss' son works for the govt and his connection with his family is very limited and guarded by the government (yes even it's his own family). When he wants to talk with family a few times a year, there is this someone who is like a transporter. My boss' son can assemble/disable bombs and stuffs like that, so blablabla long story short, he's dealing with government secrets and stuffs and top secret stuffs. My boss told me one thing he remembers in this one rare occasion his son carefully and secretly told him about you know in some department in police/fbi/cia/military, they use psychic for something. My boss was like so how come, people not believe in paranormal or stuffs like that when the government themselves 'secretly' use those kind of things and even hire psychics? Funny thing how government keep hiring psychic but discredit them in public when they're done with them but still keeping and using all the records. Reminded me of Ingo Swann, Pat Price :( RIP
i feel like it would take me forever to explain but it basically relates to how even if something weird happens around him he is always very chill about it and says that whatever presense is there, he doesn't feel like it's hostile... and then of course the fact that he seems to forget about everything the next day and on the next hunt he is like 'let's see what happens'... part of my theory is also the fact that he is very heavy sleeper in the sense that he is not easily woken up and usually is the last one to wake up on their ghost hunts which only adds to his apparent chillness when it comes to being spooked out... but my theory goes a little bit beyond that but i think this is long enough response as it is >D
i think i kind of get what you're trying to say, like you're saying his mind just forgets about it while he sleeps as hes a heavy sleeper? so how much further does your theory go? i'm so intrigued :D
i mean the main part of the theory is that even though he is a sceptic, he is not necessarily against the existence of ghosts, he's more against most of the evidence of it and its reliability... when you add the fact that even when everyone around him is spooked by all the ghost presence and he can't deny something is fishy he still keeps it calm and is almost on the side of the ghosts like 'guys i don't think they want to harm us'
Did shane just say the medium ony does readings for family friends, doesn't that mean the person already knows a lot about your family and stuff. Even if you personally haven't talked about a death of a family member, other family members probably have. I'm a bit of a skeptic when it comes to ghosts, but mediums are just bullshit in my opinion
This is a great podcast. Very natural, truthful "back and forth" between all. Like being with close friends, including the audience. Shane, your Grandma would never hurt you or intend to frighten you. Once at a large family dinner at my Grandma's house in Michigan, I had asked my Grandma if she tucked my blanket over me and patted my shoulder at night. Actually, I said "thank you for covering me last night." She said, "I didn't cover you." She hadn't gotten up all night. I was in college at this time. Then both of my sisters said they'd each had similar experiences in the same bedroom as I'd been staying in. Someone had patted each of them on the shoulder. We came to the conclusion that it may have been our great grandma, who had that bedroom when she moved from her house into my grandmother's house.
I saw my grandma standing by my bed after she passed away too. I didn't throw up, it wasn't scary at all. I actually started tearing up because I miss her a lot. But! I have had some crazy scary things happen to me. I think we, as living humans need to separate those situations a little bit more. The experiences that scared me were truly scary. Something was pissed and trying to harm me. I've seen a handful of full bodied apparitions that might have been scary at first until I started to understand it.. On the other hand... I've had a clock fly off the wall and hit me in the back along with a couple of other things. Now... That kinda thing was scary. Seeing my grandma was far from scary.
It's very possible to be hallucinating when in grief. I think its better if you accept the fact that your loved ones are gone, as this would be healthier for your psychology. It could also be the start schizophrenic disorder, so you should really monitor it. I'm sorry for your loss however. Death is so very peaceful because they don't experience pain of any sort, and are eternally resting if you will.
I had one of these experiences too with my grandma. So before my grandma died me and my brother shared a room. ( I was 6 when this happened) After she died I took over her room because I could never sleep in that room due to the loud fan right next to it. On the first day I saw my grandma right infront of my bed TALKING to me. I couldnt makeout what she was saying but I knew she was there. She then came over to me, kissed me on the forehead like she always did before I went to sleep because I was scared. Then she walked away from my room and then just disappeared. Then I slept in my parents room on the floor with a matress for 1-3 months. Scariest time of my life.
The fact that the dress of his grandma was hanging where he thought he saw her is pretty damning for his story and allows for pretty easy rationalization.
So, I think I had a paranormal activity situation or ghost story when I was in primary/ elementary school. So, we went on a school/ field trip to this creepy 100 year old house and when the tour people were talking I looked out of a window and saw something ghost like and got really freaked out. Then later on in the tour, my class were discussing that there was a six year old ghost living here who’s name was Emily ( my name ) and from that day on I hate Halloween and any paranormal activity conversations.
My family actually lived through a full-on Poltergeist style haunting while my mom was dying from cancer. My father never slept after that. I still really can't talk about it. I still don't believe in ghosts but I legit cannot explain what happened with logic.
Let me preface this by saying: There HAS to be a logical explanation to this (group hallucination may be my best guess) because even though i *KNOW* what happened and saw stuff that I will never be able to explain, I am forever a skeptic in anything 'unexplained.' The ONLY reason I have against some sort of stress induced group hallucination type deal is that it started before we knew my mother was dying. Mostly electrical disturbances (lights flickering, tvs turning on in the middle of the night and going to static and turning all the way up, wtc.) My mom was a devout christian and did not believe in ghosts until one day I came home to find her crying in the front yard saying she refused to ever go back into the house. I finally got her to talk about it and basically what she said sounded like insane bs but soon we all started experiencing it. Everyone experienced different phenomena at different times but in a similar theme of whatever it was trying to communicate with us. WHen I say 'we,' I don't just mean my family... there are multiple people that were there for it that still cannot believe the things they saw/heard/felt but will never understand the true extent of what went down when the four of us were alone in that house. i still cant really talk about what happened to anyone out loud or even write it down (it hurts to even think about it) because I am terribly afraid of 'it' (whatever 'it' was) coming back. We found the presence grew stronger when we paid attention to it. It went on for about 3 months and ended the day my mom died. I have played the timeline over in my head a million times and cannot explain anything about what happened. Never a single other disturbance after she was gone... but before my mom died, she was in a drug-induced state and told my dad never to move out of the house because it was protecting him and us and would keep us all safe. This was over ten years ago and he and my family refused to ever speak about any of it ever again. He was forced out of the house by a company that bought the land and tore it down just a couple years ago, and he died just a few months after that.
I can tell you one thing I know from experience: If you have even a single reasonable idea that you have a poltergeist or spirit in your house do NOT try to communicate with it even through just a simple conversation. My younger brother and I thought my mother was going insane when she told us what happened to her so as a joke we began talking to the 'ghost' like another member of the family. Bad idea. From doors slamming and locking behind us when we entered rooms (This was fairly common and the lowest grade of things that happened) to covers being pulled off of us at night and things being pushed/pulled across the room and many other instances i simply cannot stand to think about.
I am shaking and crying from just typing these general things that happened because I had to sift back through the experience in my mind. If I ever muster up the courage to actually put what happened out into the world I will try to get it to a place where people can see it. I'm scared people will think I'm absolutely crazy, but I'm honestly more scared of it ever happening again. The only person I have ever given an almost full story to is my husband of 10+ years, and I had a panic attack while trying to tell the story AND i only told him because we were out of state far away from our home.
When my grandpa was really sick my mom was at home while he was in hospice care. She was just at home cleaning and then looked up and saw her dad. At this time she didn't hear of him dying. But she looked right at a "spirit" of her dad, and she felt so at peace like he was finally at rest, then he was gone. Then 5 minutes later she got a phone call from the hospice nurse that he had just passed away. She said she had a feeling he was. So he knew to go say goodbye to her and tell her he was okay now.
My grandfather passed away six years ago. I remember the clock he got me died and after he passed away it suddenly moved and worked for at least 10 seconds then stopped. i had another similar to many people who lose a loved one. i was laying down on my bed, hands behind my head, and i feel a brush against my hand, but this felt like another hand, so real, flesh and all. I quickly looked behind me thinking it was a cat, we had many back then. Nothing, I tried to solve it by involving a blanket or pillow brushed me but i couldn't because nothing was plausible. I'm a firm believer that there is much more to this universe then we all know. I've had many other odd experiences
I had a dream that I got to say goodbye to my grandma who died because she died in the hospital when I wasn’t there. My dream was I was on the couch watching tv and I heard the doorbell ring. I got up, and opened the door. I’m really good at realizing when I’m dreaming, so when I saw my grandma at the door, I knew I was dreaming, so I didn’t ask questions like “but you’re dead” or “how can you be here?” I just knew I didn’t have much time. We hugged and cried and I said goodbye grandma, I love you and miss you.” And she said “Goodbye my beautiful granddaughter. I love and miss you to.” Then she walked off my porch and there was nothing beyond my porch besides light and she walked off my porch into the light. I don’t know if it was actually my grandma or not, but either way, I’m happy I got to say goodbye.
I have had a few ghostly encounters with my cousin who took his life few years ago. I say prayers to him every night , so I asked him on the day before my art exam, if he could do something to the art examiner, I wanted to finish my sheets. On the day of my art exam I was so nervous about it. I went down at lunch to see if they came. My art teacher said that they were stuck in traffic. I was shocked but also a little more nervous because I still had the afternoon for them to come. After school I discovered they were stuck in traffic all day and the exam was rescheduled for the next day. I was freaked out. My cousin gave me an extra day to finish my art, just like I asked him too. Another ghostly encounter was on my birthday weekend in London. My mum and I were asleep in our hotel room. At 6am the tv switched on, all on it's own. The remote was beside the tv, nowhere near us. We asked the man at reception if the tv was on a timer. It wasn't on a timer is what he said. That night I saw a shadowy figure standing beside my phone that was plugged in the wall. I thought it was my mum but she was laying in bed next to me. My cousin's birthday is the day after mine, so it's his birthday weekend too. It was my 18th birthday and he died at 19 years old. Lastly on the day before the anniversary of his death. My phone was plugged in the wall. Nowhere near the edge of my desk. I hear a loud thump and I turn my lap on. My phone is facing upward and on the ground. Ghosts use energy to manifest themselves. My nervous energy must have caused the first and the others my phone energy. I haven't experienced much since but my birthday is coming up and I'm going back to London. I know he is watching over me, he's there for me.
It's funny how they're laughing at the guardian angel thing, but not that it's a demon... It would be the same thing, they're both equally riddiculus and probable
My ghost story isnt really crazy, i had a dog for about 12 years and she passed away a few months ago. I also had a cat and we would let him in the backyard to run around, he'd go crazy jumping, chasing bunnies, that sort of thing. Ever since my dog passed my cat would go outside and just sit, he'd do this for hours, as if he was watching somthing like he was watching the ghost of my dog. They were very close, my cat never ran in the backyard again, just stares.
When a person dies there are 6 oz of weight unaccounted for. And I'm not talking body waste because they take that into consideration but after everything is passed from the body waste there are still six ounces that no doctor can account for
i have a ghost ive named charlie that follows me who manifests mostly in electronics. i have a video of him fucking with my salons ipad, opening and scrolling through pandora picking a song. i didnt believe in ghosts before him but i dont deny he exists anymore. maybe its a ghost, an angel, an energy, idk but i know hes there.
Man I remember seeing my grandmother after she passed. I was 7 and the night she died something woke me up and I rolled to my right side where my bean bag was. I saw her sitting it in with her knees to her chest, just sitting. I remember staring at her but I didn’t feel scared, I felt calm and just went back to sleep. We were very close, I think she came to visit and let me know she’s okay. Happened again where I could feel she was standing over my bed and I saw her reflection of her silhouette standing there. Perfect outline. I’ll never forget it
I had a ghost experience i was very sick and i didnt go to school cause i could barely walk. so i was just laying in when i heard footsteps in the living room i wanted to get up i couldnt then noise was getting closer so i finally got energy to get up then the noise stopped
Shaney baby, you’re so amazing and I’m loving this you. Thank you so much for coming on my other favorite RUclips channel and thank you h3h3 for having Shane. So happy right now 🙃❤️
It's hard to believe if you haven't experienced something. I was on the fence until I saw a full bodied apparition at 14. I don't know if that opened a door but I've experienced quite a bit since then. I don't buy everything I hear, but now I'm a believer.
@@huskiehuskerson5300 haha! I had my apparitions in my early days too. Nothing happened since i thought about it, and came to the conclusion that ghosts are nonsense
My first ghost encounter was my grandma as well, but I was 10/11 years old when I had the encounter and it was different cuz both my grandparents had already died when I was born. My grandma wasn't a religious person, we had a virgin Mary statue and crosses on the walls around the house, so she'd put the statue face down and send the crosses flying off the walls. My sister was almost a year old when my grandma passed, so when her ghost came back to check on the family, she saw that she had a grandson, another granddaughter and that my mother/her daughter had fostered a girl, which made her really happy, so she swung doors open and closed cuz that was her way of saying hi. She still comes back to check on all of us to this day and does whatever she can to protect us all. She sometimes watches over me or climbs into my bed and hugs me when I sleep
THAT MAKES NO SENSE. STOP SPECULATING. IF YOU HAD HALF A BRAIN CELL, YOU WOULD KNOW YOU DON'T NEED TO TYPE EVERYTHING LIKE YOUR A SCREAMING SCHIZOPHRENIC. nah jk lol..
I saw my wife's friends mom after the mom's funeral. We were at a restaurant eating amd she was there laughing with her family as they were having some light hearted moments
Deadass made me cry. This lines up with soooo many tenants of ghost activity. She appeared in his brother’s coffee table because the glass on it served as a black mirror which is an easier way for spirits to visually manifest. Shane has all these experiences that are so intense because he has mastery over his divine masculine and feminine as a fluid bisexual person- AND the fact that he’s empathic and has gone through trauma and hurtful things. Spirits- especially those connected to you- will make themselves known if you are emitting dysfunctional, suicidal, chaotic energy. My friend who killed himself helps me navigate psychological traps. He’s told me not to believe in delusions when I was vulnerable. This is so real.
I went to Bodie, California one day. After sunset, i took the wrong road onto Cottontail Trail (or rd, i can't remember exactly). Around 6-7 PM, after sunset (since the park closed) we headed 30 minutes down the road into a place with an abandoned porta potty (or what it looked like to us) and some half, worn down old wooden building. I began hearing noises, as if people were talking. Thought it was just me hearing things. Thing is, the park closes at 6 PM (or at sunset) and we were miles off of the actual park, where there is only 1 road going to and from. A dirt road. No body was around. Then i heard 2 people having a conversation again. I tried figuring out anything that could of caused it. If anyone has been to Bodie, you'd know that lingering 'something is off' feeling the moment you present yourself in front of the entrance. When you get out, there is literally no birds chirping or the sound of any bugs. Its almost like the noise is muffled. You would question, how would i hear it? Well, my dumb ass decided to pull the car over and have a smoke break. My friend was also with me. So when the second sound hit, my friend turned around to me and asked, "did you say something?" Right then and there i knew it wasn't just me that heard something. Something was off, and the sound literally came below me (as we were on a suspended ridge/hill). I instantly freaked out, and my friend did the same. We both came to the same conclusion: there is literally no explanation for what we heard. So i instantly ran into the car. My friend and I are on an adrenaline high, trying to discuss what just happened. As we were both intently talking about the voices, my friend and I are shivering. Then, my friend points out that its literally 84 degrees outside and we shouldn't be shivering in a car thats turned off without an AC on. All of a sudden, i felt this 'emotion' come over me. It literally felt as though someone had just died and we're all mourning. I've never had a 'feeling' instantly come to me, as i'm not much of a person to show emotion in that way. I literally felt someone had just died and i started tearing up. It was the weirdest fucking thing. I actually started crying for no reason. Not because i was scared. Not because it was something so fucking traumatizing, its like watching an emotional show, without actually seeing the show -- and basically soaking up the feeling it gave you. I don't know how to explain it. My friend told me to this day, he's never seen me have a look of 'get the fuck out' like I did that day, and we've been through hella worse than a simple 'holy shit, i heard something that wasnt there!'. That day, i genuinely believe I had a ghost experience... and made me a believer in the supernatural. Its unexplainable... and i'm the type of person to think stuff like this is stupid. However, i understand now when people talk about their personal experiences, confiding the feeling of remorse, anger, feeling cold, and hair sticking up ect. Fun little story to tell for my experience. ^^ You could also look this up on the map and you'll know exactly where i was. I had a bright idea that if we kept heading down that road, we'd end up in Nevada. However, I turned my ass around and decided to come back where we came from to get the fuck out.
I think Skeptics are the most afraid and are in super deep denial, trying to rationalize everything to calm down, however there's times when that doesn't work and you've gotta face the truth ^^; or to try to open ur mind/heart a bit
Mary Light For me that's not the way it is. I really do not believe in ghosts and stuff, purely because it has never been proven and never been recorded whatsoever. I WANT to believe because it would make life much more interesting and mysterious, but I just don't. I'm not scared, because I don't believe. People generally wouldn't be scared of something they don't believe in.
sorry, but that point of view is disrespectful, ignorant and arrogant at the same time. You can't just go around blaming and accusing people of being in denial or scared. Ghosts are a highly ideologic concept, close to religion. You have to respect that some people don't beliefe in unproven concepts that rely on personal experiences. I'm not saying these experiences were non-existent, I'm saying that they've been most likely of non super natural origin. It's ironic how *you* ask for more open minds, whilst rejecting sceptical opinons
well I've never experienced anything even remotely abnormal in that sense...so yeah I don't buy it until I feel it. I've felt past lives memories though, but not ghosts.

damn shane i have so much respect for you for being strong enough about being suicidal in the past especially on this pod cast. you’re a legend, and those subjects need to be talked about more
Stfu
@@huskiehuskerson5300 Who shat in your cereal?
It doesn't take much strength to talk about suicidal thoughts in the past. Everybody has them and it would be stupid to ignore it, it's not a taboo.

I hate all the comments discounting ghosts and calling it sleep paralysis because it was late at night etc
I've had one experience where I saw someone who was not actually there.
You hallucinated.
Dear its all bullshit really so open your mind pls. Its actually bullshit.
I believe you told the story as it is, and you didn't exaggerate it which is good
BUT your story can easily be discounted as hallucination or something like that
I know people have a hard time accepting ghosts but they are real. Even I saw what was a ghostly figure at 5 pm at work. I don't do drugs or alcohol. I wasn't tired. Only once and never again.

God bless.

People are gullible af
Reminded me of Ingo Swann, Pat Price :( RIP
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychic_detective#In_the_United_States
No matter if you believe in them or not, they do exist.
i have this theory about Ryland and his ghost encounters and what Shane said at the beginning of this video just added to it :D
WHATS YOUR THEORY!!!!!??????????
i feel like it would take me forever to explain but it basically relates to how even if something weird happens around him he is always very chill about it and says that whatever presense is there, he doesn't feel like it's hostile... and then of course the fact that he seems to forget about everything the next day and on the next hunt he is like 'let's see what happens'... part of my theory is also the fact that he is very heavy sleeper in the sense that he is not easily woken up and usually is the last one to wake up on their ghost hunts which only adds to his apparent chillness when it comes to being spooked out... but my theory goes a little bit beyond that but i think this is long enough response as it is >D
i think i kind of get what you're trying to say, like you're saying his mind just forgets about it while he sleeps as hes a heavy sleeper? so how much further does your theory go? i'm so intrigued :D
i mean the main part of the theory is that even though he is a sceptic, he is not necessarily against the existence of ghosts, he's more against most of the evidence of it and its reliability... when you add the fact that even when everyone around him is spooked by all the ghost presence and he can't deny something is fishy he still keeps it calm and is almost on the side of the ghosts like 'guys i don't think they want to harm us'
So what you think he can communicate with the ghosts or something?? I feel like that's where you're going with this.
Me watching this at 3 AM.
*Shane telling the ghost story*
*Me turning on the lights and picking up my dog*
Did shane just say the medium ony does readings for family friends, doesn't that mean the person already knows a lot about your family and stuff. Even if you personally haven't talked about a death of a family member, other family members probably have. I'm a bit of a skeptic when it comes to ghosts, but mediums are just bullshit in my opinion
He said the medium only does it for THEIR family AND friends. He didn't enunciate very well. But I still understood.
Only the mediums friends and family, I agree that some are shit, especially when so e make random price for the visit
Mediums are fuckin frauds. They are bullshit.
That's wonderful , I believe you darling and thank you for commenting you melted my heart
Probably the realest/best video on this channel so far. Gets real deep towards the end yo.

Watching friends, not surprised
I’m so close with my grandma too. Hearing Shane’s story about her actually made me cry since you can tell how much he loved her.
What’s great is the only ghost he talks about now is the ghost of his career
2:09 I think Shane's grandma just wanted to see where Shane was hiding most of his life 😂😂
*Oof or she just wanted to wear her comfy robe one more time 😂
My family actually lived through a full-on Poltergeist style haunting while my mom was dying from cancer.
"We had a poltergeist haunting, but I still don't believe in ghosts"

When my grandpa was really sick my mom was at home while he was in hospice care.
She was just at home cleaning and then looked up and saw her dad. At this time she didn't hear of him dying. But she looked right at a "spirit" of her dad, and she felt so at peace like he was finally at rest, then he was gone. Then 5 minutes later she got a phone call from the hospice nurse that he had just passed away. She said she had a feeling he was. So he knew to go say goodbye to her and tell her he was okay now.
That story was legit so scary. I wish I wouldn’t have clicked on this at 1:30 in the am😱😱😱
Plot twist. It’s his dead cat
Only ghost story I have is when I'm home alone and the air conditioning turns on lol😆
I love Shane so much💚💚
I had a dream that I got to say goodbye to my grandma who died because she died in the hospital when I wasn’t there.
Shane with Ethan and Hila!!! Hell yass

I find Shane’s voice to be very relaxing lol
When a person dies there are 6 oz of weight unaccounted for. And I'm not talking body waste because they take that into consideration but after everything is passed from the body waste there are still six ounces that no doctor can account for

“Watching Friends, then I looked up and saw my dead grandma.”
If that’s not iconic I don’t know what is.
It's hard to believe if you haven't experienced something. I was on the fence until I saw a full bodied apparition at 14. I don't know if that opened a door but I've experienced quite a bit since then. I don't buy everything I hear, but now I'm a believer.
Yeah its all bullshit tho.
I BELIEVE GHOST'S ARE DEMON'S AND PRETENDING TO BE PEOPLE OR IT COULD BE YOUR MIND PLAYING TRICKS ON YOU , REMEMBER YOUR BRAIN IS A POWERFULL TOOL
STOP WITH THE FUCKING CAPS
THAT MAKES NO SENSE. STOP SPECULATING. IF YOU HAD HALF A BRAIN CELL, YOU WOULD KNOW YOU DON'T NEED TO TYPE EVERYTHING LIKE YOUR A SCREAMING SCHIZOPHRENIC. nah jk lol..
I saw my wife's friends mom after the mom's funeral. We were at a restaurant eating amd she was there laughing with her family as they were having some light hearted moments
His grandma was with him on the queen mary
She made her presence known to give comfort and love
I think Skeptics are the most afraid and are in super deep denial, trying to rationalize everything to calm down, however there's times when that doesn't work and you've gotta face the truth ^^;
or to try to open ur mind/heart a bit
It's ironic how *you* ask for more open minds, whilst rejecting sceptical opinons
true, I should have written paranormal.
i used to think it was real but as i looked into science i was just in a bad mental state experiencing hallucinations
well I've never experienced anything even remotely abnormal in that sense...so yeah I don't buy it until I feel it. I've felt past lives memories though, but not ghosts.
Those experiences happened before to my siblings, with my grandfather; they would see the coffee cup move, etc.
Im always crying for my papa and never see him ☹️
I’m sorry 😔
When's the full podcast going to be uploaded? I meant to watch but I completely forgot until I saw a tweet three hours later
Keep the ghost stories on
