I would like to see some trained or experienced people take part in this as 95% of these people seem to be completely beginners. Would love to know if an experienced fighter actually benefits from adjusting his movement. Also would like to see some of this fast drills done with someone who is really fast.

Or you could maybe, just maybe, get up of your chair and practice what is being explained in the video for some time and then decide whether it is really useful or fake.

@@petarivanov8719 I think you misunderstood the point I am trying to make. I never said it is fake, in fact some of the things he does are really impressive! What I am saying is that I would love to see him do it against fighters that have skill and reflexes which obviously do not take part in his seminars.
I appologize if I did in any way insult you.

A lot of those people are better off going to a boxing gym.

      Hi, first excuse my english...
I "learned" (practiced ?) kyoku and boxe thai more than 10 years (competion and combat to).
      Now i practice mma.
Its hard to learn in one seminar with dk yoo (like everthing else, 2 days its not enough).
But you can feel what he's trying To explain when he practice with you.
He has so relax hands when he put them on your chest (so relax you cant stay strong) and in à blink he push you like a rock is dropped on your chest, its definitely not à push but an hard hit you can feel deeply.
And yes, what he explain can incraese ur explosivity and your understanding of body mechanic and combat, and the connexion of both.
Hope you can read this lol

@@tomda1616 hi thx for the insights. I guess the target and the whole point is like you say. I still feel though that we in the western part have bodies that r very limited in the ability to freely move as most of our training has certain patterns and is not holistic. I don't doubt that what he does is great and works. But for most people I still believe that it needs adjustments in body, mind and even diet that they r not ready to make.
Thanks for the feedback, keep training

Looks like power comes from an expansion, so it’s all be based on muscular contraction rather than a build up of momentum.
Faster visually but not as much impact.
So it’s a trade off from what I can see.
