Poor poki, that stabbing stomach pain is probablyyy an ovarian cyst. As a girlie who also have pcos like poki does, this was my first thought. I hope you feel better. Cyst pain can last for hours of constant back and forth pain. Like a consistent tinge of pain.

I've never heard of it being refrigerated personally. Maybe for longer periods? I'm not saying it's antibacterial, but it is a pretty harsh environment, and then immersed in oil
@ sure it can probably keep for a while, but like they looked it up and it said to refrigerate if you’re not eating it right away. And Poki even said she doesn’t eat it, so it’s easy to assume it’s been open and unrefrigerated for longer than normal. Oil takes a long time to go bad. Things like onion and beans can definitely go bad though. It’s just funny she goes “idk why I have this pain” and then that’s why lol. All the web md experts in chat when it’s like she probably has to poop.
