I just did this puzzle! It was so much fun. There was some beautiful logic built into it.

My break-in was column 1 and row 9, which I think was the intended path (because they look the same). What happens when you max out col. 1 - the circle (with a 9) and its arrow together are a max of 18, the ten line is a max of 20, so r1c1 is at least a 7. If you put an 8 into the circle, r1c1 is at least a 9, but it's on an arrow, so that's not possible. Any lesser number in the circle makes r1c1 a double digit number. So r9c1 is a 9, r1c1 is a 7, and by analogy r9c9 is also a 7. So r8c9 is a 3 to make 10, and then it goes from there, looking at column 9 and row 1 and so on.

Saw this puzzle mentioned in this week's Artisinal Sudoku, but remembered the video here and hopped over to watch it and do the solve! This was a really beautiful puzzle; nothing felt too difficult along the solve path, just needed to know where to look next. Finished in 18:10 (conflict checker off), many thanks to Ridhwan for the wonderful puzzle and to BremSter for presenting it and a great explanation solve!

Great solve! I love when the maths barely works and gives you always something to push forward!
You can draw a black line between different ten sums, usually it's enough to see immediately where the line splits.

Very cool puzzle, I loved the way the math danced around.

What a brilliant puzzle. When I could only see one possible place to start I tentatively looked tat the options and then it just gave up its secrets without real difficulty, but great fun.

Really enjoyed that. Took 16:44. Maths and bit of colouring. What's not to like!

If you only had half as much fun as I, I had double as much fun as you.

Cool puzzle by Ridhwan but out of my league.
    Nice solving by Bremster.

8:40 I admit to being stuck. I began with column 1. The math forces 9 in the bottom circle and 7 in the top cell. Row 9 is identical in that respect. (Later) I got unstuck again. (Still later) I finished the puzzle. Now for the rest of the video.
9:50 Column 1's math: the five-cell line adds to 20. Therefore the four remaining cells add to 25. If the circle (R9C1) is 9, then the circle plus the arrow plus the top digit gives 9+9+7 = 25. If the circle is 8, we get 8+8+9 = 25, failing because the 9 is on the arrow. If we lower the circle, we break the puzzle. Therefore the circle is 9, and the top cell is 7.
23:20 I agree fully about excessive coloring. Here, I decided to color one ten-sum on a line, and leave the other white -- except for the line with the four-cell ten-sum, which I colored both.

I wanted to see how far I could get with an unfamiliar ruleset before consulting the video. 43 minutes later (a good time for me) I was done. And I had a Mondrian. (Did a bit of perhaps unnecessary colouring)

Some math to start the puzzle, other than that nothing hard.
