GBA Mario Circuit is such a good bagging track because of its insanely broken bullet bill extension into triple shortcut ending. It's definitely more viable to get an above average race than outright winning, unless you dodge a shock, so it's great for competitive lounge play where an above average race is the name of the game.

I just got neo bowser city on 200cc. I turned on auto-correct, bagged triple mushrooms plus a star, and hit the gas. I ended up in first with a massive break away and another star.
I tried bagging on Cheese Land and I got red shelled over the gap and nearly lost but I caught up to the culprit and hit them with the super horn. I won the race

they have a maximum amount of time they can last. I think its about 8 seconds normally, and 12 seconds if it runs into an extension zone. but if you are further back, then bullet bills are more common
