Aaaw, they're so cute. They're so lucky to be such good, life-long friends.
I really liked this. Very creative. I love Kathleen Hanna. She is very cool. She is very beautiful and very inspiring. I just saw her documentary "The Punk Singer". I highly recommend it to anyone. I think her and Ad-Rock are a perfect pair.

This was cool to watch. I remember when I was younger, I had a harder time getting into Bikini Kill, but one day, they just clicked with me, especially songs like "Carnival" and the songs in this video "Feels Blind" and "Suck My Left One".
This. The concept of riot grrrl sounded so cool so i had to try it out. Bratmobile was fun, Bikini Kill, meh. But then one day, months after i had first discovered their music, something changed and well now BK are one of my top ten favorite bands. Changed my life completely.
You have to love when things like that happen. There are bands in this world that people think you have to like in order to be a lover of music and all. So they tend to force feed them to you, but it's all about how the music affects you when you actually have the right encounter with it that hooks you.
That happened with me too and now I like everything Bikini Kill ever recorded. That’s why I try going back to Sleater-Kinney every so often but they still sound boring as hell to me.
@@mattsmith-er3qu, yep, I can't do Sleater-Kinney. I've tried several times throughout the years, because I've wanted to like them; I think there are only three songs that stuck with me after all this time, and I have no disrespect toward them; they just don't do it for me. So I get it.

I've been in love with that "man dress" since I watched The Punk Singer and have been trying to find something like it Forever. The closest I've come is a bathing suit cover up with a buff dude's body in a leopard print speedo, printed front and back so you get to see some b cheek action too.

I find it funny that Kathleen Hanna, Ms. Feminist revolutionist fighting for womens rights and treating women with respect ended up marrying Adam Horovitz from the Beastie boys who was completely chauvinistic, trashed and treated women like shit at the height of the beastie boys career in the late 80s.. the type of guy she completely despised and was fighting against in the "riot grrl" movement. Theres even footage from the Beasties tour's where their managers and personal security guards would literally round up as many willing groupies as they could and put them in a room and the beastie boys esp Adam, literally did whatever they wanted to them and treated them like inanimate sex objects.
