Not 24 Priori, but 24 Priori Obscurus. His Priori is 18+3, and his echo +3 on Obscurus, so his Priori Obscurus will be 18+3+3. Similarly, his Priori Sectumsempra would be 18+3+2 if he uses Priori after Sectumsempra.
