The behaviors you label as "over-analyzing" are usually symptoms of something else. Your message should be, "hold yourself accountable for your actions" or "reconsider how you define your self worth" or even "be confident with yourself" because there is absolutely nothing crazy about thinking long and hard before you make decisions. TLDR being obsessive, jealous, having no self-worth, having low confidence, etc. IS NOT the same as being over-analytical. Not at all.
If I were to divide myself into percentages I would probably be: 75% Childish 10% Lazy 5% Smart(ish) 4% Dirty minded (4% yeah right. That's cute more like 99.9%) 2% Nerd 4% Funny I would define myself crazy, but I'm fine with that because that's who I am. And I'm not gonna change because somebody wants me to. Plus I wouldn't be crazy if I wasn't hanging upside down on a bunk bed right now as I write this. Yeah A bunk bed not MY bunk bed. ;P
