It's a totally different spec of the e46. The M3 has revised sports suspension, brakes, upgraded power-train (engine, trans, differential), different interior, and very different exterior (fenders, quarter panels, front and rear bumpers, wheels, lights), and that's just summed up. The only big thing they share is that they are both e46 shells mate. As for the pandem kit on a regular e46, a guy has put one on a 330ci, which is much more similar to a 325i. Supposedly, to fit a pandem kit, all you need are M3 fenders, bumper, and side skirts.

The name of the car (in my opinion only for these two cars) doesn’t change the fact that it is still the same car minus the different performance upgrades and name. Nothing special otherwise
up front looks very nice, but not sure about jdm wheels and toyo sticker.? BMW is a Bavarian perfection from Munich....and must be all german, even in details. my opinion, but the car is great.👍

Garret Brown that's why I always insist on wheels made for BMW. I have bbs 19" on mine 330i e46 sedan with rear tyre 255/30-19, they are in line with arches in 1 mm.

With all disprespect why would you widebody your car, drop some forged showboat wheels, and camber the crap out of your wheels to drive it on the street? I understand its up to the owner, but thats like butchering a legacy vehicle right there.
