There’s going to be all kinds of reflections in the windscreen from the light coloured top of the dash, the red stripe and I personally don’t like to mix leather and alcantara like this.

Ohhh please pretty please, offer the manual transmission..... to come so close to perfection 🥰💞✨💛 , and refuse even the option. It wouldn't have to be for everyone, just those who know.
Ferrari hasn’t offered a manual transmission for years and the last time it did, there were next to no takers. They key is to drive the dual clutch transmission in manual mode where you retain complete control (other than avoiding engine destroying downshifts). It’s a spectacular drive. Auto mode is for the city or low speed manoeuvring.

I agree, the 6.5 litre V12 is spectacular to look at the with crackle red painted covers and very sadly not likely long for this world as emissions regulations bite.

The idea of "supercars" really makes little sense. When you're a boy you just care about looks. The sound of the exhaust which you only hear for 6 seconds in an action film with the Ferrari. And you're still a dreamer too young to drive one even if you could afford one. Then you grow up and several realities hit you--what differences there are in the quality of the interior is not worth $200,000 more than the interior in a car worth $200,000 less. Or $300,000 less...etc. The differences are marginal. "Slightly better leather. NAV electronics--not necessarily better implemented...gains in performance..not necessarily tht far apart.
It's not like if we spend $300,000 USD on a car we're guaraged it will be 1 sec faster than any car costing less to 60 MPH. The reality is we will all drive our cars like a Prius in traffic most of the time. even if we did live in Germany. Most of us can't drive 7 days a week on the Autobahn even if we did live there. We have everyday lives to live. Errands.
These hypercars becoming more pointless in big cities. Like NYC, London, Toronto. Tokyo, HK...etc. Yet immature "adults" keep buying them...people with at best average driving skills...heh..Few get a 812 when they are 21....good reflexes, in her peak (usually) physical condition...though for me I'm older than that and in better shape than I ever was...
I bet you’re a lot of fun to be with! Miserable doesn’t begin to describe it. I have one of these on order and it will be worth every penny. My colour choices will be different but that’s the great thing about buying a Ferrari, you can have it pretty much the way you want it.
@@marknorton5951 The Road Presence is amazing on the 812. Sat in one at a dealership in Vancouver. They are asking alot for the one they had. I think this car would look good in various colours. The Silver spec forgot the colour code name although man it looked good.
