Boaster, I have always enjoyed watching your tactical playstyle and the 1000 iq FNATIC tactics. It is also very important that you share your information and experience of the game to others.
But I have to correct one key fact of Fade's reveal technology. Fade's haunt's spotting range is an orb which has 30-meter radius. So if the haunt is 30 m from the ground it cannot see anything and if the haunt is on the ground it can see the hole green circle shown in the minimap. In most situations the optimal max height for haunt is about 15 m, when the lost of the "green circle" is about 4 meters.
If you want to know some set play lineups (also Sova+Viper) I can give some of them for you. I reveal that there is one good in Pearl from Art to A main pillar. (Top of the pillar not middle of the pillar)

Hello Boaster! I have an interesting idea about Fade's recon. We see that the tendency of the enemy players are to shoot her recon whenever they see it. Doing this will force them to look on that specific area (where the recon is). Why not combo it with a flash (for instance, breach flash)? Anyways, love this content of yours!

Paper Rex actually did this play in vct! Not sure who they were against but it was in Ascent A side. They threw a fade recon above and popped a kayo flash above at the same time, they couldn’t even run away

So most of the times you should hold your recon for enemies pushing the site and not for getting early info?

It's situational on the style of gameplay. If they're rushing you in ranked then just use a prowler to get info and save the recon for the big executes. The biggest thing you want to do is get a blob on the choke point. If they're playing slower, then you can use the recon at the start and then use the other util to delay/ get more info until it's back up:)
