Update: I removed assassins mark and mark on hit for cast on death and portal and then added profane bloom. needed better clear, too many stragglers. it feels a lot better with this change in mapping.
we actually tried this idea. issue was we couldnt figure out a way to sustain power charges without farruls fur or ralakesh impatience. if we go ralakesh impatience we miss cooldown recovery rate and i couldnt figure out to find more somewhere else. and ofc farruls fur means no bronns lithe
@BikespokesARPG I'm trying it out right now, just finished acts and I'm finding that I can sustain pretty well with jist malachais loop and power charge on crit. I'm also using arcane cloak to proc power charges from occultism ascendancy. We will see if it still feels good when build is completed.
can you explain how you are chilling with frostblink? does shaper of winter simply override the fact that it cant chill or is cyclone the part thats chilling? is it worth scaling chill effect?
the issue with using cospris is it begs for accuracy rating and demands a lot of dexterity in the build. it would greatly impact the scaling in order to meet those requirements
you can try the usual ES Str and Int stacker Inquisitor with energy blade. It can use any skill you want including this one and with Stampede Frostblink has greatly reduced cooldown so you can use Cyclone of Tumult instead to achieve 10 procs per second
Versus single targets mainly is where not meeting breakpoints will have you losing damage. It's not a huge deal for average map clear but for bossing it would since you would be casting less times per second.
Have you thought about swapping the amulet for Ashes of the Stars? Your Frostblink is already at level 30 without the amulet, and damage increases have diminishing returns above level 30. 30% quality gives 6% more damage per 5% chill on the enemy, and since you're guaranteed to get 15% with Shaper of Winter, you def get more damage than the 12% given from +2 gem levels. You also get the amazing benefit of 15% more movement speed on Cyclone. You do lose the all res, 10% mana reservation, and most likely the Hatred corruption, but just the 15% more movement speed alone is worth it IMO. Let me know what you think!
the issue mainly with this idea is that occultist has a really hard time finding life reservation and now with ashes missing 20% reservation, the only option is to use dragonfangs to help with that issue. furthermore, we are tight on mana it would be hard to find ways to unreserve enough mana by replacing it unless i also lose dps on a charm
More, prop the ring alone is like 400div xD The Mageblood is also like 200div and some one of a kind rares. It is a awesome build but with that amount of currency you can make so many builds work

nearby enemies are chilled charm + "your hits chill" from shaper of winter will make cyclone chill on hit

Crazy gear but I wonder wouldnt you want to go wintry in Cospri for movement and coc ice spear instead for example? :)

With how expensive it is I expected it to perform a bit better, good showcase though, congrats on taking it to such heights
Is there a budget version for this type of build? Roughly 20-60div version? Would love to eventually get it without having to use a mageblood or HH.
