The requirement for completion of each cycle is only that there are no calcified guardians left and if you’re dead you can’t be calcified. There is always one person not turned to stone so then 3 people = only two missing statues which are instantly solved cause whichever podium is empty is yours. You use three rez on first phase and three rez on second phase, and then to complete third phase everyone being calcified jumps in the hole and since there are no stone guardians and only the non-stone guy is left the encounter completes itself
no. this became easier once people realize that if you propelled your body in some sort of way (grapple melee, ascension aspect) through the glass wall even if your 99% catatonic, the game will see that your body is in the main room and restore u back to normal. saves having to do mini ghost phase saving like 15-20secs for an avg team

how does the 6 man ghost thing work? does it just not count dead people or is there something else you need to take into account.

Did this become easier once we found out you can escape with perfect shapes?
