For those with concerns about Hurricane Ian: this home is located in PANAMA CITY, FL about 40 minutes away from PENSACOLA. The impact area is over 300 miles away in the Tampa/Ft. Meyers/Naples Florida area. Panama City is closer to New Orleans (327 miles) than to Tampa (375 miles). Not by much, but the comparison is still true. I don't comment often, but I can't let lies about the location stand.
@t b As opposed to California - political sewer of the west. Or Washington - political sewer of the northwest. Or New York - political sewer of the northeast. Or ... there's only one state that isn't seen by someone as a sewer of some sort, and that's the state of bliss. Sadly, there aren't many people living there nowadays.
I LOVE THAT KITCHEN❤❤
Hello. Stunning home! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
I know this place! There are houses and then there are homes. Occasionally you encounter gems like this where they are one in the same.
I love this home. It is even more stunning inside.
I can still look at this and dream.
Beautiful
Simply Beautiful!
Very nice

Is it still there or was this video taken a couple weeks ago before the hurricane ????
This is in the armpit of the panhandle
This amazing home was untouched by the hurricane.
Mashaallah, ❤️
Bad timing to sell Florida property.
Why?
It's 375 miles away from the impact area. Misconceptions like yours make it a great time to buy along the Panhandle.
