Yeah and it’s also connected to your body. So you really gotta treat your body well otherwise you have things like inflammation of the throat or larynx which can severely hinder the throat. Also hay fever gets in the way making the voice hoarse.
I watched the whole thing, downloaded a bunch of new VSTs, and learned a ton all while using that magic pause button! Yes, I made it to the end and love your performance and information. I can't wait to start playing! I love the bloopers!
1 video from you AND I love it, humor, good explanation, everything in 1 video good. Thank you soooooo much for being here and btw, nice cut style. Keep it going!
There's one missing I would highly recomend: decent sampler in combination with the piano book libraries (and no that don't just have piano sounds). It saved my productionbutt a lot of times :)
Thanks for the free goodness. This is really helping out casual musicians with a day job like myself getting productive. And just this evening Arturia dropped a new plugin that will be free temporarily called Tape MELLO-FI. Worth checking out 👍 And +1 for playing p-bass. Its my main instrument as well
You really add a ton of fun to your presentations. Totally unique and extremely entertaining, not to mention very informative. Please keep them coming....
Your sound quality on these videos is excellent! What are you doing differently from everyone else? Seriously, had to drop volume down from 8 to 2... that never happens!
Almost no one mentions the SINE Factory by Orchestral Tools. It's more or less like labs, but they give you more standard sounds, less produced and more flexible. The only issue is that they usually need a little more adjustments and programming than spitfire stuff, but OT is getting better and better in making them more user friendly imo. I'd say that LABS is great to find inspiring sounds, but SINE Factory is perfect if you want more natural sounding instruments.
I did get them, but just can't figure out how to use the library properly for the life of me. Mind you, I'm very familiar with the SpitFire Labs and its usage so not a total beginner here.
Okay, not even 5 seconds in and I'm subscribing. Hands down best freakin start to a plugin-list video. This video can go retire and watch their grandchildren growing old👌
I bought Love-Fi and used it quite extensively on my latest album (along with a few of their other plugins as well). I can tell you this much, the vendor is responsive, and very helpful, and also will post your tracks on their website if you share the link and if it is of good quality.
I've been playing guitar for 50 years. I play several other instruments but I think the most dificult is the violin. But it's way easier to play if you already know music but just saying, I believe for sure it's the hardest.
I've played guitar professionally for 35yrs, and I'm a borderline idiot so it can't be difficult. However, give me a left handed guitar and I become a complete amateur. I actually found the violin to be ridiculously difficult to play because it's tuned the opposite way to guitar and after 35yrs of fretted instruments I find the violin's teeny, tiny note spacing impossible
The best one of all free is Synth1 with a ton of presets made by the people you can find online, then Vital and Surge/SurgeXT. Someone mentioned Decent Sampler which is similar to SFZ and Spire Some other are Tal NoiseMaker, Monique(only mono) and few more
Great list, thanks for doing this video. On a side note, after watching the beginning of the video, I've decided to send you a copy of a new article I'm working on..."How to decrease your daily consumption of caffeine". 😁
Hi!! great content there!! Thanks a lot! But could anyone tell me what is Sando Sample Player? Necessary to use Piano In 162 if my frenchy ears got it right...! :)
Hey, wonderful review and so full of great content and as always so well presented, funny, knowledgeable and great video. What more can I say but Merry Christmas 🎅 and keep these fantastic videos coming sweetie. X
Hardest instrument to learn hands down is your voice, you might be born with it but it's still a grind to feel like you have your own voice
Yeah and it’s also connected to your body. So you really gotta treat your body well otherwise you have things like inflammation of the throat or larynx which can severely hinder the throat. Also hay fever gets in the way making the voice hoarse.
As a guitarist who learned to sing later in life I 100% agree with this
You've hit the nail on the head. A real pain to listen and watch the histrionics, honestly.

Christ I was not hyped enough for that intro....brb gonna do some jumping jacks, coke (not sugar free) and start again 🤣🤣🤣

I downloaded all* of them in kontakt format without having kontakt... but one day... [*not really all of them]
Is it mentioned in the video? Or are you talking about one that isn't mentioned? Sorry, just confused.

Excellent suggestion Enea, If we do a similar video in the future, we'll be sure to include it.
